Lorne had called us all into the pitch office to discuss the new hosts and musical guest. The first was Rebel Wilson and Pharel, the next was Will Ferrell and Adele, then the last was the best it was Mariska Hargitay and Melanie Martinez

"WHAT?! REALLY? NO WAY!" These were my two favorite people ever other than my work family. I was so happy I could kiss everyone in that room

"happy birthday baby!" Mom and dad said.

I checked the dates and it was on my birthday

"how" I thought Lorne picked the hosts

"well we talked to Lorne and he said he would make some calls"

I was so freaking excited! I ran to Lorne and hugged his neck

"thanks" I told him

"you're r welcome. Oh and you can leave early if you want to" Lorne was like a grandfather to me

"I love you"

I told everyone goodnight and ran to my office and texted Jack

"I'm coming over"

he replied "ok but I have some friends over"

I was fine with it considering I knew most of his friends already but when I got there it was more than a few friends, more like a herd of people most of which I didn't know. Jack introduced me to them

"hey babe I want you to meet my friends this is Juliet, Maddy, Carrigan, Karla, Evan, Logan, Mathew, and Dan"

they all looked at me generously with a mouth full of pizza each

"hi" I waved shyly. This was gonna be the start of some insane friendships, I could tell.
