Three weeks later

Cecily, Aidy, Keenan and I were all sitting in the office writing some new sketches while Kate and dad were at an appointment with mom, Beck was at their apartment watching Eva and everyone else was on the stage setting everything up for Saturday.

Cecily picked up her ringing phone and put it on speaker. "hello?"

"CECILY?! IT'S KATE!"

"Okay and? Why are you calling me while I'm working"

"Something is wrong with Vanessa"

I felt my heart sink to my toes "What?! What do you mean?"

"I don't know. Her temperature just randomly spiked and she passed out. She was so pale."

"Where are you?!"

"We're at the hospital, their looking into it and doing some blood work right now"

"Do you need us to come down there?"

"I don't know but I'll keep you updated, bye"

Cecily looked away from her phone and picked up the picture on her desk of Kate, Aidy, her, and mom. "We need to go"

We didn't hesitate to pile into Aidy's car and speed to the hospital. "I can't believe how many times we've been to the damn hospital over the course of two months"

My mind started to race over all of the possibilities "Cecily what about the-"

"Don't" she cut me off "I can't think about that right now"

Aidy started to speak "I'm sure they'll both be fine" I could tell she wasn't really sure, her voice was shaky and her hands though on the wheel were trembling.

We pulled into the hospital and ran to the front desk as fast as we could. "Bayer?! Where is she?!" Cecily screamed causing everyone in the waiting area to look at us.

"She's in room 305 on the third floor"

"Ok thanks" Cecily nodded to her and made a b-line to the elevator which was pact. "Third floor" she said panting.

When we made it to the third floor Kate and dad were right outside of the room, Kate was sitting in one of the two chairs outside of the room and dad was pacing in front of the door.

"Guys" Cecily ran over to hug them while we followed. "Why are you out here?"

"I don't know, they asked us to leave so I mean it could be anything really" dad stopped pacing and stood behind Kate who was now standing as well.

"Well did they say when we can see her?"

"No"

"Fuck."

Twenty minutes later

Kate and Aidy were sleeping in the chairs that were outside of the room while dad, Cecily and I sat in the floor having a conversation. When the doctor walked out of the room we all flooded in around him asking if we could see her.
