Sorry if there's not a lot that happens in this chapter. Just bare with me guys.

I told Aidy goodbye and started to the coffee shop down the street where I was supposed to meet Kate, I walked to the little shop on the corner at sat at a table inside. Kate came in with Eva on her chest and her phone to her ear "no mom she's fine, yeah I'm here with Liv now I- yes mom, Vanessa's daughter." She rolled her eyes while her mother continued to speak "okay I have to go now, love you bye" Kate hung up the phone and tucked into her back pocket "sorry she likes to talk a lot"

"It's fine, why didn't she come down when Eva was born?"

"Because she was mad at me"

"Well that's still no reason not to come see your granddaughter be born"

"I know but she's coming to stay with us next week so just try to be nice when we go out please"

"I can't make any promises, now give me that baby" Kate handed Eva to me while she went to order our coffee, Eva started to fuss and kick her tiny legs through the bright pink and blue blanket "hey you, what's wrong?" I looked down at the now screaming baby and kissed her forehead, she stopped and stared at me and smiled a big toothless smile.

"Here kid" Kate came back and handed me my coffee.

"Thanks Kate"

"Yeah"

we left the coffee shop and went back to their itty bitty apartment. "How are you planning on fitting your mom in with all of you in this tiny apartment?"

"Well Aidy is staying with Kevin while she stays here but we're looking at a new house."

"No! Where?"

"Well we found a pretty big place  a few blocks away from you guys, we don't know if we like it yet though."

"That would be awesome, just saying."

"Whatever dork" she fake punched me and giggled holding her baby.

About an hour and a half I left and went home.

"Hey sweetie" mom looked over the couch and sweetly smiled.

"Why are you so happy?"

"Why shouldn't I be?"

"Because Donald Trump is running for president"

"Okay true but look what can in the mail today" she smiled ear to ear and held up a tiny pair of black and white Chuck Taylors (converse)

"Oh those are cute" I cooed sitting my purse on the dining room table.

"I know! I can't believe we'll know the sex in another month and a half!"

"Yeah it's crazy how fast a baby can turn from a bean to an alien in only three months" I chuckled

"Yeah, it's a little late. I need to go to bed"

"Yeah me too, do you need anything before I go to bed"

"Nah I'll be alright" she stood up and started upstairs.

"Hey mom?"

"Yeah?"

"I love you..."

"Love you too dork" she smiled and continued up the stairs to her room and I wasn't far behind her.

Next day

I woke up super early listening to the horrible sounds of mom throwing up once again "shit, I hope this isn't a constant thing" I groaned and rolled out of bed to help her, dad was already in the bathroom in his boxers and a white t-shirt, mom was leaned over the toilet with her usual attire, white and pink striped pajama pants and grey shirt. "Well I see you guys have this covered so I'm going back to bed"

I stumbled back to my bed and slept again until about eight. When I woke this time it was because Celina had woken me up, she was walking! I picked her up and gave her several kisses all over her face and squeezed her tightly. "Hey baby!" I playfully cheered.

"Livia!" She said back

"Ohmygosh" I couldn't believe how fast she was growing, she had a full head of short blonde curls and was finally able to make more than one sound with her mouth.

Jonah came into my room and mom wasn't far behind him "so I'm guessing you saw that she can speak now" Jonah cackled as mom rubbed her stomach.

"I just- wow!" I gave Celina another kiss before putting her down and letting her walk to her father.

"Yeah she can talk back now so have fun babysitting"

"Shi- I mean crap" I had to keep from cursing in front of both Celina AND the new baby. "Wait am I watching her today?"

"Yeah?"

"YOU GUYS NEED TO WARN ME BEFORE YOU GO LEAVING BABIES AT MY DOORSTEP!"

"Oh, well we need you to watch Celina today"

I just narrowed my eyes and glared at him before scooping the toddler up and pushing them out of my room.
