Welcome back

"What do you want me to call you?" I asked

"whatever you want to girlie" she said sweetly.

A few days passed since I found out I was adopted so I was pretty settled. Taran walked in and kissed Vanessa on the forehead! I was so confused I thought he was married to someone else... He then looked over at me from across the kitchen and froze.

"She's gotten so big!" He said quietly yelling .

Once again I was confused as if he had seen me before.

"What?" I chuckled

"yeah lil bit I've seen your petty face before, after all I am your dad" he chuckled

Vanessa or should I say mom punched him in the arm angrily

" OW NO FAIR YOU HAVE TWO RINGS ON!" He yelled playfully

"yeah but I don't notice a wedding ring" I said

"well my divorce papers aren't final yet" he said

"but when they are.." Mom said giggling.

He was settled on the couch watching football while mom and I were in the kitchen preparing a lot of food for some reason

"so what's with all the food?" Asking curiously

"haven't I told you we're having a welcome back party! I've invited all of my cast members! Even past cast members!" She squealed excitedly

"really?!?" Taran asked jumping up and down like a little girl.

Mom and I both chuckled 

"yes" she said giggling some more

" I'm so freakin excited!" He said trying to sound like Kristen Wiigs Sue.

He left to start getting things ready when mom leaned over and whispered "he really likes surprises"

"apparently so" I giggled.

Aidy and Kate were an hour early because they wanted extra time with me (and the food, mainly the food)

"so what's goin on kiddo?" Kate asked chewing on a cocktail weenie

"well I just met my actual parents whom I haven't seen since I was born so nothing really" I said sarcastically

"wow you really are your moms daughter aren't you" aidy said chuckling along with Kate

"yeah your mom is SUPER sarcastic" Kate mumbled, I looked over at mom

"what bullshit are they telling you?" She asked

we all proceeded to bust out laughing even dad. Once everyone got there mom pulled a cake out of the fridge that read "bite me" on the top, Cecily then started laughing uncontrollably (I think she was drunk) mom cut the cake I got the first slice it was cherry lemon sundrop

"mmmmh my favorite" everyone looked at my like they were looking at a puppy "what?" I cautiously asked

" that's my favorite too" mom said everyone then let out a big "awwww" while mom cut a slice of cake.
