Girls day out

"Gmorning kiddo" Kate said

"hey" I mumbled still being half asleep, her cat jumped up on the kitchen table and played with the daisies in the vase from a skit they did last episode

"Nino, get off the table!"

I walked over and picked Nino up and held him

"so are you ready for today?" She asked

"what's today?" I asked

"Me, You, Vanessa, Aidy, and Cecily are having a girls day"

"WHAT?! But I don't have anything to wear!" I was afraid I was going to have to go naked

"your mom and Aidy are coming over so when your mom gets here you'll have clothes"

"oh thank god" I said with a sigh.

I was in the shower when I heard a knock at the door then a big loud

"HAAAYYY!" Coming from Aidy,

"so where is she" mom asked to Kate

"she's taking a shower"

I thought mom was going to wait for me to get out but no she opened the door and said

"your clothes are on the counter."

WHAT? did she really just come in there while I was taking a shower? When I got out of the shower I put my clothes on and straightened my hair, I came out to all of them in a huddle talking about something I couldn't quite make out, they immediately noticed me and all pulled away

"are you ready" mom asked

"yeah! Let's go!" I said with enthusiasm, we jumped into Aidy's car. She drives like a maniac!

"Jeez Aidy where the hell did you learn to drive?" Cecily said with one hand pressing against the roof of the car

"my dad taught me" she said in a cheery tone

"I can tell, jack is fucking insane" mom said holding onto me from the back seat.

We shopped for about three hours, then went to lunch. Mom whispered something to the waiter and he showed us our seats, but to my surprise someone was already sitting there!

"Hi Todd, hi Carolyn" I heard Kate say

"what you know them?" I asked

"honey these are your grandparents" mom said.

I slowly walked over to both of them, then they both attacked me with hugs and kisses on the cheek. Carolyn or should i say nana had tears rolling down her face when she said

"you're amazing. I love you, I always will"
