Vanessa's Baby

!!SURPRISE!!

Sat up in my bed at around 4:30 in the the morning, I dragged myself out of bed and got dressed. Mom was downstairs in the guest bathroom curling her hair, I was questioning why she was up so early but I was to tired to ask.

When I got my coffee I headed out the door. When I pulled up to the studio and to my surprise no one was there yet "alrighty then" I jumped out of the car and instantly felt stupid, we were supposed to meet at a different place because something was getting done to the studio.

I went to the place we were supposed to meet and I was still early, Lorne and Keenan were the only ones there.

"Okay so what are we doing, and please explain to me why we met at a park" I said to Keenan

"so we gonna throw a little baby shower for Kate, she's still gonna have a big one but we want to give her a small and secluded shower" he smiled like a 3 year old.

I sighed "you realize you just said you wanted to give Kate a small and secluded shower right?"

He  realized what he said and we both busted out laughing and Lorne yelled at us to start putting up the decorations. Pretty soon everything was set up and almost everyone was there, except for mom, Kate, and Aidy.

We were all waiting for them to show up so to pass the time we gave each other piggy back rides like the mature adults we are. I jumped on Dads back and Cecily jumped on Keenan's, we then proceeded to have a chicken fight out of water.

I had a tactic so I used it, Keenan ran at me with Cecily on his back and they were instantly on the ground

"okay, even I admit that was a bad idea" Cecily said moaning.

Right when I jumped down from dads shoulders moms car pulled in with Aidy and Kate in it, I ran to the car to talk to keep Kate from looking up while everyone hid

"KATE THERES A SPIDER" that was the only thing I could think of

"WHAT! WHERE?!" She screamed at me

"oh never mind must've been a piece of lint" I muttered with a half smile.

she rolled her eyes and looked up "what the?" She said as she got out of the car

"SURPRISE!!!" Everyone shouted. Kate smiled the biggest smile I had ever seen from her since Aidy left, she walked over to talk to everyone while I helped mom grab her gift out of the back of the car.
