"Good evening!" Angel broke the silence. "Is there something wrong?" She added.

"Angel dela Bueva.." Harriet whispered.

"What?Why?How?" Sheina added.

"Anyways, I'm thrilled to see guys again. After 5 long years, we've meet again." Angel said and smirked.

"If you guys are wondering, I'm not a ghost cause I never died. Let's just say that, the odds are with me. I'm just lucky to be here with you this evening. I'm looking forward to bond with you! Enjoy and have a great night!" Angel said before going down the stage.

Prince couldn't believe it. He felt a twitch on his heart. After 5 long years, he finally saw her again, unexpectedly. Di niya alam ang pakiramdam niya. He felt like his tears are going to race down on his cheeks. He missed her so much and no one could imagine how he is yearning to hug her. He's gazing at her from afar like she is the only star in the sky. The urge to hug her was unbearable.

Kung alam mo lang kung gaano kita ka namiss. Bakit mo ba kami pinaniwala na patay kana?! He thought and clenched his jaw.

He glanced Angel's every move from afar. He was longing for her. After 5 years, he could hear her voice and hug her again.

"Prince? Prince!" Harriet exclaimed.

"Huh? Ano yun? May sinasabi kaba?" Prince said without looking at her.

"Kanina pa kita kinakausap tapos di ka pala nakikinig?! What the heck is wrong with you?!"

"I'm sorry, babe." He said with a hesitation.

"Hay! You're unbelievable Prince! Anyways, I have a feeling about Angel. I really smell something fishy going around here. I'm just wondering, kung hindi siya patay, sino yung sunog na bangkay sa funeral?"

"It doesn't matter to me as long as she's alive."

"You're gross, Prince! Ang kalabaw, bihisan mo man yan, kalabaw parin yan!" Harreit said before swallowing her drink.

"Don't drink too much." Prince said before taking the glass off her hand.

"C'mon! I know you wouldn't let anything happen to me. Right, babe?" Harriet said flirtatiously while seductively played with his tie.

Prince shook his head and glanced around to look for Angel. Para siyang nababaliw sa tuwing nawawala si Angel sa kanyang paningin. Pakiramdam niya ay di na niya ito makikitang muli. She gently pushed Harriet's hand.

"Not here, Harriet, please." Prince said as his eyebrows met in disgust.

"Alam mo? Ang arte mo! Sometimes I wonder if you're gay!" Harriet said with disappointment before she marched towards her friends.

"Oh,what happened?" Sabi ni Fiona sabay lagok sa iniinom niya.

"Let me guess. It's all about Prince huh?" Sabi ni Shiena

"Ugh! Don't mention it!" Sabi ni Harriet sabay kuha ng vodka.

"And let me add, he's crazy about Angel's drama,right?"

"Don't ever mention her name ever again! Ugh! Nakakainis!"

"Girl, don't get yourself be stressed that much. She's a nobody. Di natin alam, she's a drug dealer kaya biglang yumaman yan." Sabi ni Fiona

"I don't care why she became rich! What I care is that, why did she ever come back? Prince and I are happy now. I don't want her to cause any problems with that!" Harriet said and glanced at Prince

Prince is standing and seemed very uncomfortable and keeps on looking for someone.
Angel,nasan kanaba? Bakit ba gusto mo palagi ang nawawala? He thought while still glancing around. And finally,he saw the girl he had been looking for. Angel is sitting at her table near the stage. Kumakain lang siya ng cake at pinagmamasdan ang nagaganap na party.

"Angel.."

Tumingala si Angel para makita ang mukha ng nagsalita.

"Prince.." Sabi ni Angel at bahagyang ngumiti at nagpatuloy ulit sa pag kain.

Umupo lang sa tapat ni Angel si Prince at tinitigan niya lang ito. Nagpatuloy lang sa pagkain si Angel at tila parang walang pakialam kay Prince.

Ano bang gusto mo, Angel? Bakit mo ba to ginagawa? He thought while still staring at her.

Angel looked at him and arched her brow. She was like waiting for him to talk but no words escaped from his lips. She expelled a heavy breath and talked.

"Ano bang kailangan mo?" Angel broke the silence.

"I--"

"Angel!" Sabi ni Jake.

Di natuloy ang sasabihin ni Prince dahil biglang dumating si Jake at lumapit kay Angel.

"I knew it was you! I knew it all along! Sa mga tingin mo pa lang, alam kong ikaw na ang the one and only, Angel dela Bueva." Jake said and smiled

Angel just raised her brow and displayed a loopsided smile. She glanced Prince for awhile who seems to be very disappointed about the interruption.

"Can I dance with you?" Jake said and offered his hand.

Angel glanced at Prince before she took Jake's hand and stood up.

"Will you excuse us?" Angel said and smiled at Prince. "Let's go." She said and they left Prince at the table.

"So, Angel dela Bueva, what a pleasant surprise." Jake said before he wrapped his arms around her waist.

"I'm glad you're happy about my resurrection." She replied before wrapping her arms around his neck.

"Hahaha! You're a joker Ms. dela Bueva. Anyways, ang ganda mo ngayon."

"Well, thank you. I didn't expect you'd say that after all what happened in our school years before."

"Oh c'mon! Past is past. We should forget it. Besides, we've grown up now.Everything has changed."

"Nope.There are things that we can't change." Bulong ni Angel sa sarili.

Hinding-hindi nagbago ang sakit na nadarama ko dahil sa mga pinaggagawa niyong lahat sa akin. At dahil dun, hindi magbabago ang pagtingin ko sainyo! Angel thought.

"Hmm? What were you saying?"

"Nothing. Ahm..Will you excuse me?" Angel said and left without waiting for a reply.

She walked towards the garden where there are no people. She took her purse and puffed a cigarette.

"Ms. Beaves.."

Napatigil si Angel sa kanyang ginagawa nang may narinig siyang pamilyar na boses. Huminga siya ng malalim at lumingon.

"Mr. Constia.." She said and displayed a smirk.
