'I feel as though I haven't seen you in forever,' Ecie said as she and Esme sat in their closet. 'How have you been? I want to hear all about it.'

Esme looked at her twin a little confused. 'Really? Why?'

'Because,' Ecie smiled rolling her eyes. 'I want to know what you've been up to. We live together; you'd think I'd know where you were half the time.'

'Well,' Esme said. 'I've been okay. Things with Taylor have been a little rocky, but I suppose it's all due to what's been going on.'

Ecie nodded. 'So how are you guys now? Are you good?'

Esme nodded. 'We're good at the moment. We're really good.'

Ecie nodded. 'That's good.'

'Yep,' Esme nodded. 'So what about you? How's therapy going?'

'Oh you know,' Ecie shrugged. 'It's going okay.'

'So has Carole told you that you're crazy yet?'

'Ha ha very funny,' Ecie threw a pillow at Esme. 'We've been talking a lot lately and I guess you could say that I've discovered some new things about myself.'

'Go figure,' Esme teased. 'It is therapy after all. So what have you unearthed?'

'My lack of commitment when it comes to guys,' Ecie replied. 'I have an inability to keep my legs closed.'

'Oh god Ecie,' Esme said shielding her eyes. 'That's way too much information.'

'Also that I haven't exactly been the best older sister in the world,' Ecie continued. 'I shut you out a lot and that's not fair on you. You just want to be in my life.'

'It's taken you eighteen years and a therapist to get that?' Esme laughed. 'God Carole must be really good.'

Ecie threw another pillow at her sister.

'Okay, I'm sorry,' Esme laughed. 'I'll stop being so mean.'

'Thank you,' Ecie smiled. 'So what's it like watching yourself on YouTube?'

'It's pretty cool,' Esme grinned. 'I know that Sara's really happy about it.'

'Yeah,' Ecie replied. 'You're a good friend.'

'Did you have fun in Palm Springs? I hardly ever saw you.'

'Yeah,' Ecie nodded. 'I had fun in Palm Springs. Those galleries and museums were really interesting. The spa was awesome there as well.'

'I feel so weird that I can call Simon Hoult my friend,' Esme smiled to herself. 'That is something I never thought I'd be able to say.'

'Do guys text each other all the time?'

'I wouldn't say all the time,' Esme said. 'But quite frequently.'

'Does Taylor mind at all?'

'I don't think so,' Esme replied. 'I mean Simon and I are only friends so Taylor has nothing to really worry about.'

'The guy tried to kiss you,' Ecie said. 'If I was Taylor I'd have a lot to worry about. My girlfriend is finding guys a lot better than me.'

'Do you still hate him?' Esme asked. 'I thought you would have been over all that by now.'

'I never hated him,' Ecie replied. 'You somehow got that into your head.'

'So you like him?'

'Yeah,' Ecie replied. 'He's a nice guy, even if he is a bit of a pothead. He makes you happy, sometimes; and he's one of the few guys that I've met that I haven't slept with. Therefore I like him even more.'

'Are you...okay E?' Esme asked looking at her sister.

'I'm fine,' Ecie replied. 'So how did you not recognize Simon Hoult in the first place?'

'I don't know,' Esme replied. 'I guess famous people always look a bit different in real life. When I first saw him, he was asking me for the time...and hang on a moment. You were there, how come you didn't recognize him?'

'I only saw the back of him and how was I supposed to know that he was staying in Palm Springs?' Ecie said. 'You only said his name was Simon and there are about four hundred thousand guys with the name Simon. It was in the bible for Christ sake.'

'And nothing happened for you at Palm Springs? Nothing at all? Just galleries, museums and the spa?'

'Okay,' Ecie said. 'I did meet this guy...'

'Ecie!' Esme said. 'A guy? Are you kidding me?'

'What, mom? Am I not allowed to have friends anymore?'

'E.'

'His name was Landon and we totally hit it off almost straight away,' Ecie continued. 'We met on the first night after I'd been crying at dinner and he found my room card. We talked for hours and hours and then we started hanging out. He was so nice and funny and interesting; and he was so hot.'

'Right...'

'And I know the question you're asking, and if I were in any other mood I would get so mad at you for asking it,' Ecie said. 'Yeah I slept with him. But I can honestly say that it was an accident. We were drunk and one thing literally led to another. But my god he was so hot.'

'Do you guys text each other all the time?'

'No,' Ecie said laughing at her sister. 'I told him that I couldn't keep in touch with him.'

'Did he ask why?'

'I told him that my therapist would confiscate my cell phone and that I had broken one of her conditions,' Ecie said looking down at her hands. 'It's funny because he still kept texting and calling. In fact, he sent me a text before and after my session. It's like he doesn't want to let me go.'

Esme looked at her sister then started laughing.

'What?' Ecie laughed.

'Can we go round to dads and steal all of Clive's treats?'
