'You need to hurry up Taylor,' Esme said knocking on the shower door. 'I want to shower.'
'Why don't you just come in here and join me,' Taylor grinned. 'It'll save water.'
Esme opened the shower door and smiled at Taylor. 'Don't do anything though, I'm in a hurry.'
'Oooh,' Taylor teased. 'What are you doing today?'
'Nothing,' Esme replied. 'I'm meeting Sara and we're going shopping.'
'What for?' Taylor asked.
'That's none of your business,' Esme replied. 'You'll be hanging out with your friends.'
'Oh right,' Taylor nodded. 'So it's going to be like that then?'
'Yes,' Esme nodded. 'You can hang out with your friends and I'll hang out with mine.'
'Okay then,' Taylor replied. 'I won't call you today.'
'I don't care,' Esme laughed. 'I don't want to hear your voice for the rest of day.'
'Oh right, I get it now,' Taylor laughed. 'You want me to shut up?'
'Finally,' Esme laughed. 'I'm getting through to you.'
'So if I was to do this,' he kissed behind her ear then kissed her on the lips. He pulled her in close to him and mussed her hair, running his hands down her body. He kissed her neck. 'You honestly don't want me to talk?'
Esme laughed. 'Yeah.'
'Fine,' Taylor let go of Esme and shut off the water. 'I shall keep my sexy self, to myself.'
He got out of the shower and stood in front of Esme naked for a few moments before walking back into her bedroom and drying himself off with a towel.
Esme poked her head around the shower door then finished her shower quickly.
'Are we still on for tonight?' Esme asked walking into her room and opening up her underwear draw.
She turned and saw Taylor sitting on her bed in just his boxers.
'Taylor,' Esme laughed. 'What are you doing?'
'I'm just sitting here looking irresistible,' he replied. 'What about you?'
'I'm getting dressed,' Esme replied putting on her Calvin Klein underwear. 'You know that I'm leaving in like twenty minutes. Are you sure you want to stay and hang out with my dad all day?'
Taylor turned away from Esme.
'Okay then,' Esme laughed. 'You can stay here all day.'
She walked into her closet and got dressed in a Stella McCartney antique rose Lurex fine-knit sweater, a pair of Ksubi low-rise stretch skinny jeans and a pair of brown ruched leather Elizabeth and James peep-toe ankle boots.
She came out of her closet and saw that Taylor was fully dressed.
'Are you not going to talk to me?' she asked looking at him.
Taylor shrugged.
Esme walked over to Taylor and kissed him on the lips. 'I miss your voice already.'
Taylor grinned.
'I really do,' Esme nodded. 'Say something.'
Taylor shrugged.
Esme smiled. 'I see then, don't talk to me.'
Taylor laughed and kissed Esme on the lips. 'I love you.'
'I knew it,' Esme grinned kissing him back. 'I love you too.'
'Oh I hate how you do this to me,' Esme said as she was out shopping with her best friend Sara. 'You always rope me into doing something really stupid.'
'Well with me heading over to the east coast I won't always be around to drag you into fun stuff,' Sara replied. 'You know I'm going to miss us hanging out all the time.'
'I know,' Esme nodded. 'It's going to be so weird not having you so close by.'
'But its fine,' Sara said. 'I'll be coming down all the time and racking up on loads of air miles.'
Esme laughed. 'I'm going to miss you.'
Sara looked at her best friend and hugged her. 'This is like our last shopping trip.'
'Okay,' Esme giggled. 'I'm ready for it.'
They walked into Pink Roses with their arms linked.
'I really don't know about this,' Esme said as they looked around. 'I'm beginning to wish that I hadn't agreed to this.'
'Don't be silly,' Sara grinned. 'It'll be so much fun. Just look around and see what stuff you like.'
They walked around for a bit pointing out different things and laughing.
'This is so cute,' Sara said pulling down a ruffle bra. 'I like this.'
'I think I like the stuff with lace and sheer stuff,' Esme replied taking down some fancy underwear. 'I want something with loads of glitter and sequins.'
'Give Taylor shiny overload,' Sara joked. 'He'd love that.'
Esme hit Sara playfully. 'Are you getting anything for Paul then?'
'Oh my god, I never told you,' Sara said looking at Esme. 'I have to tell you something.'
'What?' Esme laughed looking through the racy lingerie.
'Paul asked me to move in with him,' Sara replied. 'He wants us to live together in college.'
'That's really big,' Esme said looking at her friend wide-eyed. 'What did you say?'
'I told him that I had to think about it,' Sara replied. 'It's a big thing living with someone, especially if that someone is your boyfriend who you don't always get along with. He said that he totally understands because it is a really big thing.'
'But I mean you guys have been dating for like two years,' Esme said. 'Most couples move in together after like a year or six months.'
'I know,' Sara said. 'But we're only kids still, what if we're not mature enough to handle living together. I don't want to be roped down while I'm still young. I'm worried that Paul will continue being so over bearing and make it hard for me to enjoy the whole college experience.'
'I think that Paul must have taken all of this into consideration,' Esme replied. 'He's not completely stupid.'
'Well he could have fooled me,' Sara laughed. 'Some of the things that he says to me.'
'So what are you going to do? You leave in like a couple of weeks.'
'I know,' Sara replied. 'He's already picked out the apartment and it is the cutest thing I have ever seen. He showed me loads of pictures and it's close to the college and everything. It's just so perfect.'
'I think you should take the plunge,' Esme smiled nudging her friend. 'It'll be a fun experience for the both of you, and when you come home at thanksgiving, you can moan to me all about it.'
'You really think?' Sara laughed. 'I should do it?'
'Totally.'
'What would you do if Taylor asked you to move in with him?'
'He wouldn't,' Esme replied.
'But what if he did?'
'We pretty much live together anyway,' Esme replied. 'Me and Taylor work a little differently to you and Paul.'
'Yeah,' Sara laughed. 'We should get loads of stuff from here.'
'You are so kinky,' Esme laughed. 'Trust you to know of a store like this.'
Sara laughed. 'Look at this karma sutra book. You should get it to go with your new stuff.'
Esme and Sara laughed as they continued shopping.
