Bad ass Brad. {B.W.S}

I woke up to the feeling of being bumped around. I noticed I was lying with a red thing around my neck I begin to panic as the oxygen mask is placed over my face.

"Maddison?" I heard a familiar voice say to me.

"Bard? Is that you?"

"Yes! Yes baby it's me!"

"I'm scared Brad!"

"Don't be I'm here!" Brad replies.

"How many fingers am I holding up Maddison." The paramedic said.

"Three" I said with a croky voice. We arrived at the hospital and they wheeled me out and into the door they mumbled things i couldn't understand it was all professional.

"You will need to wait here sir." The nurse said to Brad.

"NO!!! that is my girlfriend. I'm going with her." He shouted.

"You can't she is going into surgery sir." I thought why do I need surgery.

"Surgery what for?" Brad asked and I heard no more. I was rushed into a big white room and was put to sleep and that's all i remember.

-hours later-
When i woke up I felt something warm on my left hand. My eyes blinked open to see a tired tear stained face Brad sitting next to me. I turned my head slightly as his eyes met mine.

"Maddison omg! Nurse! Nurse!" Brad shouted running to the door. A nurse in all blue came in and looked at me.

"Wow sweetheart it was touch and go for a minuet there."
She says smiling.

"What happened?" I asked with a horrible lump in my throat.

"Well you were in a car accident and when the car hit you a bit of pole was wedged right through your stomach you are very lucky to be alive. You seem to be doing fine we will keep you in over night for observation but should be okay to go home tomorrow. Your parents were contact and are trying to get home but won't be able to get a flight for another four days, but this gentlemen here said you are staying with him and promises to look after you." I nod my head. She walks out leaving just me and Brad.

"Maddie you have no idea how good it is to see you awake." Brad says to me.

"Just because of this doesn't mean I have forgotten what happened at your house with Sky." I say turning away.

"I know. I am sorry about her. She was talking rubbish."

"BRAD! The truth! Please!" I say getting angry.

"Okay, I don't remember saying it honestly, but James messaged me the next day telling me I said some inappropriate things to her. But you know if I was in my right state of mind I never would have said any of that."

"So what Brad am I just meant to sit in fear every time you go out incase you get into your wrong state of mind and say something inappropriate to a girl. Brad I like you I really do but I just don't feel you feel the same way."

"Bullshit Maddie of course I do! You are the only one for me as far as I'm concerned. Please can we not fight I nearly lost you today and that made me realise just how much I really do love you. You mean so much to me and the thought of not having you with me scared the shit out of me." I leaned off my bed and hugged him tight.

"Thank you so much for being with me. I was so scared." I say beginning to sob.

"Hey baby don't cry. I will always be here no matter what." The door swings open to reveal Anne, Derek and Nat.

"Pet! Are you okay?" Anne asks me hugging when I pull away from Brad.

"Yeah thank you." Derek and Nat hug me after.

"We just came to drop in some magazines the nurse said you can come home tomorrow, obviously you are more than welcome to stay at ours and our Brad can look after you, he has a lot of making up to do." Anne says raising an eyebrow in which I laugh at. They say their goodbyes and head off.

"Baby, I love you so much, but I really need to go home to my bed." Brad Says.

"Of course baby! I'll see you tomorrow. I love you." I smile as he walks to the door.

"I love you too gorgeous" he says smiling closing the door quietly behind him as I fall asleep.
