Brads POV
I can't believe I remember her and my baby girl all it took was one photo. When Maddison returned with the nurse she looked at me and smiled.

"Mr Simpson I knew you could do it, well done. I can happily say you can go home today." The nurse beams.

"Hold on Brad do you remember how you had to come to hospital?" Maddison ask. I nod slowly.

"Maddison I remember everything and I promise I will protect you better from him i won't let him touch you. You are my fiancé and I will protect you and Ruby" I say and see Maddison's face light up.

"I love you Brad" she says and I smile.

"I love you too." I say kissing her. Finally the time arrived that I could go home Maddison took care of all the paper work and Maddison thought it would be a good idea for my mum to have Ruby while we caught up. When we arrived home I went straight up to bed. When I walked in the room all the memories started coming back about Maddison's dad. I lay on the bed and the next thing I knew Maddison was on top of me grinding her hips against mine.

"Hmm Brad" she moaned.

"Ba- babe as much as this would be nice I'm just not in the mood." I says and she looks at me confused.

"That's why I put Ruby to your mums so we could have some alone time." She says standing up and walking to the door. "You're unbelievable Brad" she says storming off. I shake my head and turn around next thing my phones buzzes.

*from Katie*
When do you want to have Abby she is doing my head in now that it's the holidays X

"MADISON" I shout and she comes running.

"What? What's wrong? Do we need to go to the hospital?" She asks.

"No no, Katie is wondering when we can have Abby because she is doing her head in." I say to her and her face changes.

"Brad listen I know Abby is your daughter as much as Ruby is but don't let Katie take the piss you are just out of hospital and you are tired you didn't want sex I doubt you are ready to watch Abby." She says which is a very good point.

"Yeah you are right" I smile and she walks or after kissing me. I text Katie what Maddison said.

" well just forget having her then. At all"

*to Katie*
"My lawyer will be in touch. It's a shame it had to come to this."
