Maddison's POV
finally the ambulance had arrived and brad was taken away. I couldn't go with him as I have Ruby. I go into her room quietly and pick her up and place her in her car seat trying my best to keep her asleep as it is the middle of the night.

*calling Anne*
"Hello Maddison are you okay?"

"Listen Anne I need you to stay calm but Brad has been stabbed and is on his way to hospital, I'm going to drop Ruby off at my mums will I meet you up there?"

"Oh my god what- yeah okay I'll be there in 10"

I hang up the phone and get in the car as quickly as possible making sure my dad was still no where to be seen. I drive round to my mums and knock on the door. She answers it half asleep I just step past her and into the living room where I place Ruby and her overnight bag down.

"What's going on? If this is one of your and brads silly arguments again can you not just go and make up"

"No mum it's not that, dad he was released early from prison on.l good behaviour and found us him and brad got into a fight and brad got stabbed I need you to keep Ruby for the night but before I go up there I'm going to call the police and get someone to watch the house incase dad appears" my mum stands there shocked and nods her head.

"Hello emergency service what can I help you with"

"Police please" I get past through "hello my dad was released from prison his name is Logan Scott he came to my house and stabbed my fiancé but I need a police car to hard my mums house incase he comes here as my daughter is here as well."

"Okay madam what's the address"

"7 gill head road"

"We will send someone there and your mum can fill them in and we will launch a search party for Mr Scott"

"Okay thank you" with that I kiss my mum and run out of the door back into my car and speed to the hospital. When I go there I ran to reception.

"Bradley Simpson please"

"He's in surgery just now you can sit over there with the rest of his family and friends."

"Surgery for what?"

"I'm not sure honey I don't know that information nor am I aloud to give it to anyone" I slam my hand on the desk and walk over where Nat, Derek, Anne, Tristan, Connor and James are all sat they have their head in their hands. They all look up when they see me.

"Maddison babe what happened?" Nat asks. I hadn't actually thought of what to say to them. Of yeah my abuses father got out of jail and attacked Brad.

"It's a really long story one I'm not sure I wanna get into right now" I say.

"Maddison he is my son and is fighting for his life and you are not in the mood to tell us what happened." Anne says and see her face getting red with anger. I sit down and look up.

"My dad abused me when I was a child both sexually and physically." Tears roll down my face "he got released early from prison and came round to mine when Brad got home he seen my dad my dad was saying some inappropriate things about me and brad flipped he jumped on him and stared punching him I seen the shine on the blade of the knife and the next thing Brad was on the floor covered in blood and my dad had fled the house." I say bursting with tears Nat hugs me to comfort me. " I know this is all my fault and I'm so sorry and if anything happens to Brad I will never forgive myself." Nat holds me tighter.

"This is not your fault Maddison" the next thing the doctor is standing in front of us.

"The surgery went well, Brad can see one person at a time, who would like to go first." They all look at me.

"She would" Nat says pointing to me, is stand up and follow him into the room. I go over to Brad.

"Hello baby" is say holding his hand and he flinches away from me. Brad looks up at em fear in his eyes.

"Who are you?"
