Maddison's POV
Me and brad make our way back to his place I offered to drive because he was in such a state but Brad being Brad decided to drive anyway. When we got back to his house he ran straight upstairs. I take it upon myself to fill brads mum dad and sister in on what happened at the hospital.

"Wait Brad can't be okay with that, he loved Abby so much, he wouldn't" Nat say.

"Listen Nat this is for the best." I say

"I bet it was you wasn't it you are the reason he is giving up seeing her." Nat spits at me.

"No that is not true I told you Brad and Katie went to talk, Abby thinks this guys Carol is her father and doesn't want to ruin her life, Brad agreed it would be best for Abby if she didn't know." Anne and Derek are sat with their heads in their hands.

"This is awful." Anne says. The next thing Brad is in the living room.

"No it's not mum, as much as I would have loved to have been Abby's dad I'm not, I mean I may be by blood but that doesn't really mean anything in the grand scheme of things. This means me an Maddison can move on with our lives and be happy. Now that I have thought about it this works out for the best." Brad says to his mum who stands up and hugs him. The thing is I can see right through Brad and I know he is not okay with this, just by his facial expressions.

Brads POV
I had to lie to all my family and Maddison to pretend that I'm okay about this hole situation I mean it's true the restriction me and Maddison would have had if I didn't her to be in Abby's life would be huge and it is better for her that she doesn't know, but I can't help being depressed about it.

"Babe you better get home and see your parents I'll help you over with your bags." I walk Maddison out to the car and get her bags.

"Are you okay?" She asks.

"Yeah fine" I give her a fake smile and I can tell she isn't convinced I walk her across the road and kiss her on the front door. "I love you." I say to her.

"Yeah I love you too Bradley." I see Maddison's mum peeking from behind the blinds at us and when Maddison walks in I can hear her shouting "mum God sake you are so embarrassing." I laugh lightly as I walk back home. When I get in they all look at me sympathetically.

"Seriously guys this will need to stop I'm fine okay. I swear" they all nod. "I am gonna go out for a bit and see the lads."

"Right well just be careful" my mum says I smile and go upstairs to get ready I text the boys from school and they are all up for going out. I go out and meet them in a nightclub in town. We are all going mad. Shot after shot after shot until I could barely feel my own legs. I was dancing and to be honest I didn't have a clue what I was doing. I forgot about everything about Maddison about Abby and Katie it all just left me for tonight and it felt great. I love Maddison but because she is so sensitive I have to be strong for her which can be hard sometimes.

Maddison's POV
I'm really worried about Brad I decide to call him to see how he is.

"MADDISON!" Hear him scream with loud music in the background.

"Brad? Where are you? are you okay?"

"Hello night club whoohoo!" He yells

"Brad are you okay?" He doesn't answer but there is a massive crash and the line went dead. Shit. It's 1:00am but I run downstairs grab my keys get into my car and drive to hello. I look about in the crowd of people and I see his curly hair at the bar. His head is rested on it with a drink next to him. "Brad babe? Come on let's get you home." I help him out to the car and lay him in the back seat as slowly as possible. He is mumbling stuff but I can't make it out. I drive back to our street I decide to take him to his house so his mum isn't worried in the morning she left the door open as she must be expecting him home. I walk him upstairs and lay him on his bed. I undress him and leave him in his boxers I put him under the covers and kiss his head. I go downstairs get him a glass of water and two aspirin for his head in the morning I leave it next to his bed with a note.
