Brads POV
We have finished dinner and Maddison is just looking at me.

"What's up babe?" I say and she smiles

"Nothing just looking at how handsome you are." She says giggling.

"I love you baby." I say

"Brad I'm so tired can we go to bed?" Maddison asked.

"I'll come up and lie with you till you fall asleep then I'll come back down." I say taking her hand and helping her upstairs. We get in the bed after checking the twins and cuddle up together. Before I knew it Maddison was sleeping I slipped away and went downstairs.

I really want to do something special for Maddison before I have to leave.

Maddison's POV
I wake up to a cold side next to me Brad hadn't come back to bed I hear one of the babies crying I go through and pick up Emily.

"You hungry baby" I say to her then I look in on Ruby and her eyes ping open I pick her up as well and take them to out bed and feed them. Brad still hasn't came back by the time they were done so I just kept them in the bed with me and fell asleep.

I woke up at 6:00am for the girls to have another feed and still no sign of Brad I feed them change their bums and put them to sleep in their cots again. I go downstairs and I see Brad fast asleep on the sofa with the laptop on his knee. "Brad, Brad babe wake up!" I say and he stirs rubbing his eyes.

"What's wrong babe?" He says

"Nothing but you can't sleep on the couch all night it's not good for you." I say to him kissing his lips as I tie my dressing gown going to make a coffee.

"I'm going to go up! Will I check on the girls." He asks

"No they should be fine I just put them down after a feed" I say and he nods and walks up stairs. Hours past and the girls and brad are still sleeping. I hear Brad getting up. I hear him walk into the girls room.

"MADDISON MADDISON CALL AN AMBULANCE EMILY ISN'T BREATHING" Brad shouts.

"WHAT??" I shout jumping up throwing my mug of coffee and running to the phone.

"Hello emergency services what do you require?"

"Ambulance my 2 day old baby isn't breathing you need to help us"

"An ambulance is on its way stay calm miss." I hang up and run upstairs I see Emily in brads arms. She is blue and cold. Ruby starts crying but I just ignore her as my eyes are focused on Emily. "Brad please no do something" I scream.

"Maddison she isn't breathing." Brad shouts back.
