Fourty eight

Brads POV
Me and Maddison are sitting on the bed in silence I hate not talking to her it kills me. I need to make it up to her after what I said earlier about making sure she wasn't pregnant was he main thing.

"Hey Maddie can i take you on a date?" I ask hopeful she'll say yes.

"Sure, I'd like that." She smiles at me. We make our way down to the car and I put the picnic I prepared in the boot and we both got in the car it was a lovely day in Toronto. When we arrived at the beach Maddison's eyes nearly popped out her head.

"I love the beach." She beamed. I laugh softly and get out the car. I open the door for her to help her out. I grab the food and make our way down the the beach we walked along hand in hand till the beach was quite and completely ours. This was perfect. We could get a chance to talk here. I say out the blanket and open the basket.

"Okay I have your favourite, ham sandwich with coslaw" she smiles at me. "Oh oh and this" I pull out a can or irn bru.

"Oh my god Brad how did you get that, they only sell them in Scotland." She beams.

"I managed to get one before we left and I was going to give it you ages ago but i forgot so her." She takes the can of juice smiling (A/N sorry I'm Scottish and love Irn Bru) we begin to eat and laugh like we use to.

"I've missed this Brad, a normal relationship that isn't constant drama." Maddison says.

"I know babe I have missed it too the way we use to joke around before it all became so serious, anyway a relationship isn't healthy without arguments it shows that despite having these disagreements you can still get over it and move on." I say trying to reassure her.

"That is true but I would like a little less arguing but i guess most of it has been my fault as I'm too easily upset and cry way to much" she says looking down.

"Maddison look at me. This is not your fault in fact one of the things I love about you is your emotion, I can alway tell how you are feeling because you always show it. That's one of the many things I love about you." I see her smiling.

"Well what else do you love about me?" She asks.

"Have you got all day?" I ask laughing and so does she a cute nervous Wee giggle "that there I love that!"

"What?" She questions

"The way you giggle so softly and cute when you are given a compliment. I also love the way your hair sits that we bit over you me face when you are embarrassed or when your cheeks go bright red. I also love your kind and caring nature and your ability to forgive someone." When I say that I think back to the things I need forgiveness for from her and guilt flushes over me again.

"Brad are you okay?" I didn't want to ruin this perfect moment so i didn't say anything.

"Yeah baby sorry, I just love you much about you I find it really hard to put it into words." I say and she smiles cutely. "I also brought you on this date to apologise for the way I have acted recently, I have not been the boyfriend I should have and I haven't treated you properly and I'm so sorry for that."

"Listen Brad I never actually did this but if you haven't guessed the break is over" we both laugh

"Well Maddison we did sleep together" I say laughing and she laughs harder. "Was it okay?" I ask nervous

"Was what okay?" She asks

"The sex was it okay?"

"Obviously it hurt to begin with but it was so good that, that is the only part of the night I remember down to every detail. Brad it was perfect you were so lovely and gentle with me. Thank you" she says looking straight into my eyes.

"You don't need to thank me, you were also amazing! I love and care about you so much Maddison you know that?" I ask to which she nods. "come on we better get back its getting late" we pack up all the stuff and load it in the car. We drive back to the hotel and walk in hand in hand giggling and every so often she would kiss me on the cheek. I felt we were really making progress in our relationship and I was so happy. Then Olivia and Connors bedroom door fling open. It's Olivia. I just stare at her.

"Oh hi" Maddison says as the argument between them is still fresh.

"Maddison I need to tell you something it's been eating me up since you got here" I heart sank, oh god please no I thought to myself.

"Okay what's up?" She asks.

"No Maddison you come in." Maddison looks at me and let's go of my hand after kissing my a final time. I see Olivia's death stare and there is nothing I can do but go back to our room and wait for her. If Olivia tells her this could be the end of me and Maddison relationship and also mine and Connors friendship.Maddison walks back in with a state that could kill and tears in her eyes. Oh shit.
