Third Person POV

"And Scotland scores again! It seems only a sighting of the Snitch can save the Harpies now! This is almost unheard of!" The announcer roared over the racket in the stands.

Pairs of green and orange flyers on broomsticks soared around the arena. The Quaffle bounced back and forth between the teams.

The HolyHead Harpies were putting forth their best efforts, but the Scotland team was decimating their defense.

"And the KissCam is up folks!" The announcer crowed. "Our special cam has been designed to find the best matches in the stadium! Watch out, you might be next!"

Couples in the crowd began to wave hoping to be seen on camera.

High above the crowd, Maggie looped around the stadium, her eyes searching for a flash of gold.

"The Harpies score! We're currently in our third hour of the game folks and the Snitch still hasn't been seen! The score is 130 to 20 and this is the worst game the Harpies have ever seen!"

Maggie snarled in irritation. "Where's the bloody ball!"

She passed the Scottish seeker and he winked at her.

"Arena yoo lookin' good taday! How's I' feel ta break a record like 'at?" He called teasingly, his thick accent mangling the words as the wind threw them around.

"Piss off!" Maggie snapped irritably, speeding up to shake him off.

Donnell ran a hand through his blond hair and chuckled, watching her fly away. "Well at's juz luvly."

He's a maddening one, Maggie thought. The seekers often flirted with her, she knew she was a good looking woman. This man, however, seemed to enjoy coupling compliments with snarky slights at her team. However, something about him made her not mind it as much.

"And the fourth hour of the game begins!" The announcer roared. "The HolyHeads are putting up a valiant fight, there's another goal towards the ladies! 130 to 30!"

Maggie felt a burning pit of excitement in her stomach as her team began to rack up the points.

"130, 40!"

"And there's Morgan with another score! 130 to 50 here, folks! The Harpies are fighting back!"

"130, the Harpies are up to 60! And now 70! These girls aren't going to quit just yet, folks!"

The KissCam was focused on a black-haired boy and a redhead in the crowd.

"And there's Harry Potter with his wonderful wife Ginny! She's promised that she'll be up in the air just as soon as the baby's here, isn't that right, Mrs. Potter?"

Maggie turned to see Ginny waving at the camera, nodding wildly. Harry had his arm around her waist and was grinning ear to ear. The redhead was very, very pregnant, but that wasn't stopping her from coming to cheer on her team.

"Cum un, one of us 'asta git it soon. Gahmez gon long 'nough as is." Donnell pulled up next to her, practically lounging on his broom. He seemed completely at ease with the situation until Maggie swerved sideways and tried to knock him out of the air. "Uhkay, uhkay!"

The short haired brunette rolled her eyes and resumed her scan of the stadium. A flash of gold caught her eye, but it was just a man's oversized wristwatch glinting in the bright lights.

"The camera's got a new couple now! Oh!" The announcer shouted. "Well will you take a look at that!"

The crowds screams tripled in intensity. Maggie turned to see what lucky two had been picked and almost fell off her broom in shock.

The camera was focused on her and Donnell.

"Oh you can't be serious!" She protested, but something inside her fluttered happily at the idea.

Donnell chuckled. "Well, whadgya say say wee 'ave a gou?"

Maggie turned to him to send back a sharp retort, but something flashed in the corner of her eye.

Trying not to draw attention to the snitch that was hovering just feet away, she shrugged. "I don't see why not..."

Donnell leaned in towards her and she dropped below him, going into a steep dive as the Snitch whizzed off.

"Thahtz cheap!" Donnell yelled after her, spinning his broom and following quickly.

Maggie prayed for her broom to move faster as she heard the blond seeker closing in behind her.

"They've spotted the Snitch! The game could be over here and now folks! Maybe then we'll get to see that kiss!" The announcer was hollering.

"Come on, come on, come on!" Maggie yelled above the howling winds flying around her head. She could hear Donnell doing the same in his thick cadence.

The small golden ball swerved sideways and Maggie followed it closely. She was now only two feet off the ground, watching her target's whizzing path.

A crash behind her and the screams of the crowd told her that Donnell hadn't pulled out quite fast enough.

"Almost there!" She hissed, reaching a hand out.

Her fingers grazed the ball, then it put on a little burst of speed. Maggie fell back and growled, pushing her broom faster.

She lunged forward and grabbed the Snitch in her fingers.

"Maggie Greeves has caught the Snitch! The HolyHead Harpies win!" The announcer whooped.

Maggie's team all converged on her, cheering.

"Just so you know, the KissCam's still on you." Wilda Griffiths whispered in her ear.

Maggie turned to see Donnell limping towards her. His broom lay on the ground where he had crashed, but he didn't seem to care.

"Aidan! Git back 'ere an' let the nurse lookit ye!" One of the other Scottish players shouted. Donnell ignored him.

"'Ey Greeves, 'ow 'bout 'at kiss now?" He smiled at her.

Maggie contemplated it. He was good looking, and he seemed rather determined. It helped that she knew he was as passionate a Quidditch player as she was and as it seemed, liked to joke around.

"Alright." She stepped forward. The crowd began to cheer again as the KissCam zoomed in.

Donnell slid his hand behind her head and pulled her in softly. Their lips met and each seeker felt a spark jolt up their body. The blond's other arm snaked along her waist and pulled her closer, and Maggie tangled her fingers into his hair.

"Aidan!" His teammates broke the moment.

Donnell pulled away, his eyes sparkling. "Meet me 'ere later?"

Maggie smiled, her cheeks a little red. "Sure. Aidan." His first name felt foreign after using his last for so long when they discussed strategy for the games.

"See ye then, Maggie." He smiled and pecked her cheek before turning to his team. "Ah'm comin', ah'm comin'! Calm down!"

Maggie stood and watched him walk away touching her cheek lightly.
