_Elize's POV_

I've buried myself from neck down, having Cole place a magazine over my head and a plate of chocolate chip cookies on my sand covered stomach. I breathe silently and steadily, waiting for the right time.

I've made sure everyone else was too busy to notice me and Cole set up the little trick. May's building a sand castle with Drew constantly teasing her while eating ice cream, Paul's ignoring Dawn's pleads to go into the water, and Gary's flirting with an annoyed Leaf (she's acting). Ash is waiting for Misty to come back from changing into her swimsuit who promised him they'd go hang out with the underwater pokémon.

"Huh what's-COOKIES!!!!" Ash's voice yells, I feel the vibrations of someone running over, their hand moves the plate with one touch.

I stand up immediately, screaming, "YOU'RE STEALING MY COOKIES!!!!!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!!!!!!!!" Ash screams out, his voice shrill and girly, jumping back. He falls on top of Gary, who falls onto Leaf, who pushes Dawn into Paul accidentally in the fall. Paul jerks back, elbowing Drew hard enough that he falls on top of May who flings one of her shovels at Cole.

I giggle, covering my mouth with my hands, standing in front of the piled mess apart from Paul who managed to get out. He scowls, scratching the sand out of his hair, it falls on the floor and on the others, he's crouched down glaring at me. 'Why'd you do that?' I stick my tongue out at him and he quickly stands up when Misty enters, noticing the pile pf people she narrows her eyes at me with one brow raised.

"Misty's on fire today!" I shout before running towards a small cliff, laughing as footsteps chase me. As I reach the cliff, I slow down, eyelids lowering slightly, looking down at the water, my hair blows in the wind. I turn around, head facing the ground slightly, a sad smile is stuck on me, It's coming soon... I look up, spotting May and Drew arguing, tints of pink spread across their face, a real grin is replaced for several instances.

"Hey, why'd you pull that type of stunt on us?" Paul yells, pointing at me, a flustered Misty stands at his side.

"Yeah and why'd you yell at my name?" She had pink on her face as well, mumbling something about compliments and Ash.

I simply smile, the sad smile shows itself, "Bye..." I tilt back a bit, enough for gravity to take over and pull me down to the sea. The wind whistles around me, hair flapping in the wind, arms feeling numb. I close my eyes as water surrounds me, none of it touches me the slightest; everything avoids me.

A bright light shines through my eyes, the world go blank.

*time skip*

~May's POV~

"Jeez, never do anything like that ever again! I nearly had a heart attack!" I chastise her, handing her a towel, blow drying my hair, glancing at my make-up supplies, making sure everything's set.

"Elize, you now have to get ready for the party with us as punishment for that death stunt you pulled." I state, finished with drying my hair, hands on my hips, looking at her right in the eye.

"No or else I'll be so emotionless if I have to be so elegant and uncomfortable..." She pouts like a child, arms crossed over her chest, falling back onto the bed, heaving an exasperated sigh.

"You should have thought of the consequences beforehand then. Now sit up, I'm going to get you ready." I order, brushing her long blue hair. My eyes widen once I touch her hair.
