Riker’s POV

Ross walked in the front door where we were all waiting. She and Ross looked like a couple when they were standing together, it was really cute, but I knew it would never happen. We all gave her hugs, I said, “Thank you so much Sky, you saved my life.” She said, “I was just surprised no one else smelled the smoke first. I didn’t see you on set, so I figured you were hanging out in Ross’s dressing room, so I panicked. I’m sorry about your back.” I said, “What?” She said, “Wait, you didn’t see it?” I started to panic. She brought me into the bathroom, everyone else followed. She said, “Don’t freak out, I thought you would feel it, so I didn’t say anything.” Then she said, “Turn around.” I did and she untucked my dress shirt from my pants, and lifted it up, there was a bad burn mark all the way over of the right side of my back. My jaw dropped, “Man! How did I not see that! When did this happen?” She said, “When I found you, you were about to pass out, so I helped you up, but I tripped a little and we fell into a filing cabinet by the door, that’s what happened to my wrist, you fell into it. Then I passed you onto a crew member and he got you out of the building. Then I got Ross out, but I guess the ceiling beams fell from the ceiling on top of me, because the next thing I knew, Ross was standing over me, we were covered in ashes and I felt like an elephant was sitting on me.” Stormie said, “Sky that was very brave of you.” Skylar said, “No, what was brave was when Ross came back for me.” Ross said, “You didn’t come back out, I knew you were still inside.” Skylar said, “But you could have gotten hurt too.” Ross said, “I couldn’t lose you.” She hugged him, “Aww, that’s the same reason I went for you.” He hugged her back. My mom started putting something on my back, about five minutes later, we started heading to the dining room. I stopped everyone in the living room, “Stay here for a minute.” They did and started talking. I ran into the dining room and looked at the table. It was nicely set, but there were lots of candles. I blew them all out and put them away. I thought fire wasn’t the best thing to have around. Then I told everyone they could come in, Sky sat in between me and Ross, and then everyone else filed in. The rest of the night went well, then after dinner we all went in the living room and hung out. Then my mom made a big mistake.
