Funny Kind of Friendship

Chapter 12: Girls;) (Harry POV)

The ambulance pulls in and they put her on the stretcher, Shut the doors, and drive away. Liam is looking down at his feet, his hands are in the front pocket of his sweatshirt.

"They said we could go visit her tonight." Liam says in a shaky voice. I put a hand on his shoulder.

"Don't worry, we'll come with you." I smile in reassurance, he only half smiles back though. I could tell he was really nervous and scared. I guess I was too, Justine was our friend. Probably more than a friend to Liam, only because when I went back to the dorm last night, he wasn't there. I figured he was with Justine, he only left like 30 seconds after she did. I still wasn't sure what they were, if they were an item yet or if they... I don't even know. The only way to ever know was to ask him. I didn't get a chance to because then the rest of the boys run up to us.

"What happened?!" Louis shouts.

"It's okay, she just slipped on some ice, we don't know if she broke anything yet." I say.

"They say we can visit her tonight." Liam says. Then we hear a disturbingly loud grumbling noise coming from Niall's stomach.

"Lads... Can we resume this chat at the café?" We all laugh and make our way to the café.

We sit down at a table with our food, Niall seems pretty satisfied with his.

"So, Liam... Are you two a thing now?" Zayn asks.

"Umm...we haven't really made it official yet, but we did kiss last night." He responds. We all are in shock, except for Louis, I assume that Justine had told him. I was jealous that she would kiss him and not me, but she was honest to me about why she wouldn't. Maybe she had a connection with Liam she didn't have with anyone else.

"Way to go Liam!" Says Niall with his mouth full of food. We all stare at him.

"What?" He says. We roll our eyes and continue the conversation.

"I'm just really worried, she took quite a spill." Liam says in a shaky voice.

"Hey mate, we are too. We're here for you." I say, We all look at him and they nod in agreement. We decide that we should probably get our minds off the topic of Justine because we knew everything was going to be okay.

"So did Justine like her first day of class?" Asked Louis.

"Well, for this particular class we have it together... We kind of got sent to the deans office." We all gasp.

"What did you do now?!" Zayn exclaims.

"One word, Grace." We all roll our eyes and groan. Grace was honestly a bitch. I hit on her once and she punched me in the nose. At least the worst thing Justine did to me was push me off a couch. I'm not really sure what Louis saw in Grace... She was nice at first, then I'm not sure what happened. Her and Lou got in a fight and she dated this other guy, and he changed her.

"Do I even want to know what Grace did to Justine?" I ask.

"Actually, it's what Justine did to Grace." Liam chuckled. We all widened our eyes in surprise. We leaned forward hoping he would tell us the story. He did. We all laughed so hard, Niall fell off his chair, yet again.

"Man what I would have done to see that!" Says Zayn. We all laugh in agreement. We pretty much all hated Grace, and for Justine to be brave enough to stand up to her.... There was something about this girl that I couldn't quite figure out... But she was great! I really like her, I think she is the only girl that is just a friend to me. Don't get me wrong, I love having a girl as a friend for once. It made me realize that girls are much more than... Never mind.
