It was Thursday. In the middle of winter. Kate was waking up late as usual on vacation days from school. She got up and went on her laptop to watch some of her favorite daily show on YouTube: Good Mythical Morning. She was binge watching since she was only introduced to the show by her ex-boyfriend a few years ago.
The last full episode she watched before she went to work was "will it deep fry?" She was laughing her ass off throughout the entire episode. She then realized that it was 5:45 or (unfortunately) time to go to work. Kate works in retail so she wasn't too excited about it. This isn't really what she wants to do with the rest of her life but for now it's just a way to make money. She had no idea that that 4.5 hour closing shift would change her life forever.

I originally came onto this app to read Rhett and Link fanfic but since I started reading them I got inspired and decided to try it out myself. This is my first story and I'm not really a writer but I hope you like it! Oh and yes the main character is based on me but this is all fiction. None of this happened (although I wish some of it did) so don't worry when you read further ahead in the story. Ok bye!
