Fate (Rhett and Link fanfic)

Gooood Mythical Morning(ah)!

When Kate and Link get to LA, she is amazed. She always wanted to come here. She never pictured it like this though. Once they get their luggage Link calls Rhett to pick them up. When Rhett shows up he helps Kate and Link with their bags. He sits in the driver's seat, Link hops into the passenger's seat and Kate goes in the back.

Rhett then drives off to their studio in Burbank. Kate gets an official tour of the studio and eventually the set where all the mythicality happens. She is amazed. She has no words to describe her feelings. All she wants to do is attack Link and tackle him with one of her signature hugs. When they were done with the tour that was exactly what she did.

Soon after it was time to shoot the episode that Kate was anticipating the entire trip. She was really curious as to what Link had to say. And apparently it had to be announced to all the mythical beasts. She was really nervous. Once Link and Rhett were ready, Link started the show by removing his wedding band and saying "I'm not married anymore." Then Rhett chimed in with "Let's talk about that?" and a confused face.

Then Link finally starts to talk about his vacation and what happened earlier in the year. He tells Rhett and the mythical beasts basically everything. From his first encounter with Kate at the store to his dream about her. Eventually he got into his divorce from Christy. He didn't tell them everything though. He had to save some stuff for GMMore.

When Link was finished telling everyone about his vacation it is almost time to spin the wheel. But then he calls Kate over and he said "I think you know what to do" and she nods and looks at the camera. "You know what time it is." Link spins the wheel. It lands on "Rhett and Link are an old married couple" and Kate is sitting on the couch behind them laughing her ass off. So is the rest of the crew off camera.

Then they get into GMMore. Link starts to introduce Kate who is already sitting in between the two of them. He tells the beasts how everything happened. From him knocking her over that first day to his surprise visits. He told everyone that he has fallen in love with Kate. He hopes that the mythical beasts don't hate him and understand. The last thing he does before they end the episode is give Kate a kiss. "Oh guys get a room!" Says Rhett as he's laughing uncontrollably. Link and Kate stop kissing and then they finish the episode.

To Kate that was the best day of her life. Nothing could top that. Or so she thought.....

A/N

ok so I have this signature hug which is a "Katie hug." It's basically when I come up from behind people and squeeze the life out of them. Basically a bear hug from behind. I do it to my dad all the time. He came up with the name and it kinda stuck. Anyway.... I hope ya liked it! 😀

Also I'm not very happy with Friday's episode. It was kinda mean. I did get to stare at Link for about 20 minutes but I do that anyway. And he didn't even give his peace sign at the end. Like... What gives??? Sorry. I just had to vent for a little bit about their joke. Byeee! 😀
