During Lean's turn,
Her state became a cause for concern
As she tried to play the paper from her vest as ace.
Stannbear was the first to notice and he gave Croc a sign
By winking,
Thinking: "Gotcha!"
He leaned forward to read its words:
Fight - Flight.
Peace - Ease.
Then the script got blurred.
"Sorry. Lean slurred her speech
As she tried to clean her neighbor's cards with her sleeve.
"Good grief!" Stannbear exclaimed.
His eyes searched for the saloon doors.
The exit was blocked by Crazygoose's allies
Who had him caught and dragged.
And there he was: Looking for a way to sneak out again.
Successfully so! The game had to be interrupted.
