Darned details stopped another game 

Playin' cards just ain't the same

Friends of Crazygoose let stannbear escape

And Lean (after cheatin') falls sound asleep

I'm tired of bein' played by old Cardiac Craw

I'm leavin' the Gulch and headin' up the draw

I'm gonna bring back those varmints, stannbear and Steel

And give 'em a taste of just how I feel

They've gone on long enough, these mysterious games

So we'll find out exactly what Crazygoose claims

And if Lean ever wakes up from snorin' so loud

She and Hunter can have them 'til they're both cowed

We'll find all about robbin' that train

How the horserace was used to further that gain

And as far as old Cadmium Clock's part goes

The three of us will just have to stay on our toes
