Meet The Enemy: Magoichi Saika

Name: Magoichi Saika

Age: 21

Gender: Male

Appearance: Magoichi has shoulder length black hair that he keeps twisted back in a braid. His eyes are almond-shaped, but slightly rounded, and black with flecks of green in them. He stands at 6'1, and has a muscular body shape. 

Weapon of choice: arquebus/bow and arrow

Personality: Magoichi loves two things: money and women. To him, everything else in life (fighting, drinking, family, clans, bushido) are all caused/resulted by either of those two things. Money pays for your drinks, women is better company than family, fighting will earn you more money, and your clan wants you to fight... For him, it's very life is simple. Killing means nothing to him, other than the fact that it will pay him good money, so he can go drink and be with more women. 

Background: Magoichi's family is a rare band of mercenaries whose only loyalty is to the highest bidder. They're excellent fighters, making them a valuable addition to any clans army. He had a fairly normal childhood and grew up with a lot of siblings (six brothers, five sister), and he fell somewhere in the middle. His parents didn't pay him much attention, so to grab it as a teenager he always acted out. His actions were never reprimended, mostly because his parents were too busy to truly disicpline or raise their children. None of this truly bothered him, though, and a few of his brothers became his best friends. His twin sister was the sibling he was closest to, and he protected her and was especially picky with any man who paid her special attention. His childhood friend was Hideyoshi Hashiba, who Magoichi often visited to escape from the crazy life with all his siblings. After Hideyoshi left for work, Magoichi began his training. He took his first job as a mercenary at age thirteen, and killed his first person at fourteen. Ever since then, his life has become very simple. Fight, kill, earn money, drink, enjoy women's company, and then do it all over again. 

Important side characters with them: His best friend Hideyoshi Hashiba; his twin sister, Chizuru, who Hideyoshi is in love with (despite that he's married); his older brother Keiji and his younger brother Tadashi are his other two best friends. 

What influences their decisions in battle: He does whatever he's told as long as he's being paid. No questions asked. Just get the job done correctly, get the money, and then enjoy it. 

Belief: He believes in money and women. Inwardly, he also believes in family. Family comes first no matter what.
