The Ashikaga clan had astoundingly overwhelming forces against Sachi Miyoshi. This enabled the clan to defend themselves for a time, pushing the Miyoshi clan further and further back. In the dead of night, Sachi came up with a plan for a sneak attack. The plan worked, and the Miyoshi clan was wiped from the pages of history forever. The leaders were killed, soldiers were taken prisoner, and the rest of the clan and its people were soon completely immersed into the Miyoshi clan.

All across Japan, word spread of the mighty battle between the Asai and the Hojo. It was a long and furious battle. Kyou's forces were overwhelmed, completely decimated by Naoki's troops. Both leaders fell unconscious after their harsh battle, but Kyou's samurai refused to give up. They surrounded Naoki's, until finally, the leaders' trusted advisers intervened, announcing that the clans had agreed to ally. Both Kyou and Naoki were severely injured and taken to their individual camps to have their injuries tended to.

The Ukita clan surprised the Saito clan with their astonishing defenses. Toshihiro's strategies with the archers decimated the Saito troop lines. Both armies refused to back down, and both were losing men fast. Desperate, Kairi managed to do a sneak attack into the Ukita fort, setting it on fire. Toshihiro and his closest advisers managed to escape, but Saito had won. For now. Both clans' suffered heavy losses, and would not be ready for battle for a while.

The Rokaku numbers had been decimated by the plague that had struck them. They were one unit down, against two vicious units from the Takeda lines. The Rokaku clan fought long and hard, and Takeo himself had countless strategies to defend their clan from the invaders. Eventually, the troops losses just became too numerous, allowing the Takeda clan to win. Rokaku leaders, including Takeo himself, easily escaped, ready to save the fight for another day.

The Mori clan fought bravely and hard, despite the plague that had left their numbers severely dwindled. The Imagawa outnumbered them and surrounded them. It wasn't long before the Imagawa clan won the battle. Oka Mori managed to escape, but several of her most trusted advisers and friends were killed in battle and she herself was severely injured. Word soon spread about Hirotei Imagawa's massacre and total victory over the Mori clan.

Sanada forces marched in Kato borders, seeking farmland. Their forces were equal and their archers battled each other furiously, before Kato spearmen decimated the Sanada lines. The archers of a family ally came through, however, allowing the Sanada forces to push back against the Kato. The two clans warred for several weeks, neither one losing nor gaining any ground. Eventually both clans chose to retreat, in order to resupply and allow the men to rest. The battle ended in a stalemate.

At first, Uesugi forces swarmed Matsunaga. Setsuka never once wavered or thought that her clan would lose. The oncoming storm threatened to destroy both armies, but Setsuka engaged Kagekatsu in battle. The two fought for hours, until at last Setsuka killed him. What was left of his forces surrendered, but Setsuka executed them all like prisoners. Soon, rumors spread of the vicious woman who had actually beaten a man in battle. Now, what's left of the Uesugi clan has been wiped from the pages of history, immersed in the Matsunaga clan.
