I'm SO SO SO SO SORRY that it's been MONTHS since I've updated. My life has been crazy busy and any extra time I had went to updating my new Author's Games and my regular book series. But I'm finally here with the finals awards and soon the announcement of the winner. I hope it's not too late for some of you to still be interested in it. (Mostly I didn't plan the finals awards ahead of time and I struggled to think of awards. This being said, if there's any extra awards you guys would like me to mention, comment and I'll do an extra chapter for them).
Good luck and every writer in this competition did such a great job!
People's choice winner (someone that wasn't in the finals) :
Hirotei Imagawa! Everyone loved your entries, including me. They kept us all engaged and really helped us delve into a 1560 Japanese setting. Congratulations for winning this award! The winners voted you in! ZSB2000 you are an extremely gifted writer and you deserved to make it into the finals. Sadly, you didn't, but you're definitely still a winner. Congratulations!
Most Intense Battle –
This award most definitely goes to Ren Sanada for Battle Task Four. It was your best entry overall, a perfect blend of the action with description as well as her emotions. The descriptions as they had to run through the rain made it so intense, which is exactly what a battle should be. Fantastic job music1or1books.
Most Bloody Description –
This award goes to Kyou Asai for Task Three. The way you described the bodies made me cringe the entire time I was reading. You know if I cringe, it's a really bloody description. Amazing job ariel_paiement1.
Most Creative Tactics -
There's no doubt, this award goes to Naoki Hojo hands down. Every single Battle Task, you'd have someting new, different and completely unique. Your strategies were always so genius, usually resulting in a win. You deserve this Several7s.
Most Hated Enemy -
I think everyone can agree that Nobunaga Oda wins this without a doubt. He was cruel, sadistic and his battles usually left hundreds, if not thousands slaughtered in his wake. In reality he was truly sadistic and cruel, not caring who got hurt as long as he took over and ruled. However, his cruelty resulted in Japan finally being united for the first time in history.
Hardest Opponent In Battle -
Most everyone was defeated in battle at some point but Jyubei Takeda was a hard opponent to beat. Every Battle, his clan fought vigoriously until the bitter end. JesterheadJohnSnow you were a fierce opponent and only quit the games because you were forced to quit, not because you ever lost. Fantastic!
Overcome Many Obstacles -
This goes to Toshihiro Ukita without a doubt at all. Every battle you faced, it ended with heavy or decimating losses, but no matter what happened, you constantly strived and fought and continued to improve and you never once gave up. That is most impressive TARDIS_at_221B_.
That concludes the finas awards! Sorry they're so short this time! Remember, if you can think of any others, please comment and suggest some! It was wonderful to be your guys' judge!
