Chapter 2| Piling Thoughts

Yana's POV

It was Taekwoon.

"Why would he be messaging me?" I ask myself. It said, "Hey Yana, how are you..." It was a notification on FB so it didn't show the full message. "If I read it obviously he will see it as 'Seen.'" I inhaled and exhaled before I entered my password to unlock to see the full message. "Hey Yana, how are you? Are you busy?" It said. "Why would he ask me that?" I ask myself. "Is he bored, but he would talk to his friends, did he miss any school work? No he was at school for most of the time. "Here goes nothing," I said.

JTW: Hey Yana, how are you? Are you busy?
Me: I am doing well, I'm not busy at the moment. What about you?
'Why am I talking formal on Social media?' I thought to myself.
JTW: Oh that's good, I'm doing well also. So what are you doing?
Me: Laying down in bed, listening to music and chatting to you.
JTW: Nice, I was just wondering since I didn't want to disturb you...

'Why is he talking to me at the first place. I know I should be happy and that but I feel weird about it,' the thought running in my mind.

Me: Ahh okay, that's nice to you. So why do you want to talk to me instead of your other friends?

"Hopefully I won't stuff up," I said to myself.

JTW: I don't know, but I talk to them too much at school and we just don't usually talk on social media as much. Also I just felt like it, talking to you.
Me: Aww that's sweet of you. So what are you doing now?
JTW: Same thing laying in bed, listening to music talking to you as well.
Me: Nice... So what do you think about the topic that we're learning in english?
JTW: I don't know, it's good and all but the teacher is seriously pushing my buttons.
Me: How?

JTW: The musical, since it's high school the teacher is making me play the lead male role and the girl is not my type to work with
Me: Who's the girl?
JTW: Glee Stevenson, the one who's all that.
Me: Oh right, that girl in our grade. I didn't know that she's into musicals.
JTW: She's not. She's there for the attention and she can't sing for sh*t. Horrible girl to work with.
Me: So who's the type that you'd like to work with.
JTW: Someone who's always curious, trying to find answers, also knows what to do, and knows how to respond well to any situation.
Me: So a smart and wise girl...
JTW: You can say that, I don't care much for appearance, because they should know how to dress themselves and what not.

Me: I see, well that's definitely not her then
JTW: Yeah I would want to work with someone like you honestly, you seem like the one to lead the group.
Me: Oh thank you, well I had to take one for the team, and I got to be honest they don't deserve the marks.
JTW: I agree you worked so hard, and your groups mates won't even help, I wish we were with our friends in group assessments to complete.
Me: True, it would be so much better.
JTW: So who would you like to work with?
Me: Well someone who is creative, who has great ideas, also someone like you said for yourself. So a good example would be you or Adrian.
JTW: Thank you, oh if you don't mind are you and Adrian really close friends or BF?
Me: We are very close friends along with Jessica, Adrian is like a brother to me.
