Chapter 11| Ain't the Best

Yana's POV

Taekwoon and I have been with each other at school ever since. The grade already knows that we are together, and of course Jessica and Adrian are the biggest shippers of us. But today, I hung out with Jessica and Adrian since Taekwoon is having his final rehearsal before the musical tonight.

"Someone is blooming," Adrian complimented. "Me? No," I didn't think I'm blooming. "Well you've been so happy when you got with Taekwoon, you've gotten so beautiful because you've been smiling more, exploring world while you're parents are away. Spending time with him as much as you can, girl you are living the goals," he said.

As I opened my mouth, "Uhhh mhhhh shhhh," his finger wagged at my face with sassiness. "But I feel bad for not being with you guys often, I heard that Glee approached you guys about me," I said. "Yeah she did approached us about you, but we have your back. You have all the right to be with him because what's the point of being in a relationship if you're not going to be with your partner," said Jessica. "I know that, but I want you to remember that you guys are the only ones I trust and love apart from my parents and Taekwoon," I reassured them.

"What did Glee say?"

"Ohhh let me explain," the spotlight was given to Adrian.

"So she came around while we were eating lunch right here so she was asking, 'What's the deal with you and Taekwoon?' Jessica and I thought and including you would know that it is circulating in the grade. So I answered, 'Is it your business to know?' Since it's the privacy of you two and if you tell us it only remains between us.

She was pretty irritated that I didn't answer her question, 'Why are you asking about it anyway? They are happy with each other then no one can wreck that. You see how Taekwoon hates it when you are around annoying him, forcing him to do things he does not want to do and also he is taken so he is loyal to the lady he loves and cares for. So please can you leave us so Jess and I can eat our meals peacefully.' Then she left," he finished explaining.

"That was so classy of you, just calmly speaking it was amazing how you just shut her off," I said. "It was the only way, knowing that we are all smarter than her," he said.

"So what are you going to wear?" Asked Jessica. "Hmmm I don't know it's only a school musical nothing grand about it," I said. "True, let's go with smart casual to know that we at least placed some thought into our outfits," he finished his caesar salad.

"Call!! Send the photos onto the group chat when we get dressed," I said. "Yes, we need to coordinate so we can take a good photo," said Adrian.

I check my phone for the time, and I see two new text messages.

JTW: Hello<3 I hope you're enjoying school
: Huhuhu I have to be stuck in the hall.
Me : Don't worry, you'll be fine. Can't wait to
see your performance tonight ^_^
JTW: It sucks being stuck in the same room
with Stevenson and how we need to keep
on practicing lines even though it has
been memorised.
Me : Don't worry you can do it!!!
JTW: It will be better if you were here now :(
           but I know you don't want spoilers.
Me   : I'll look forward to it XD
JTW: Aweee thank you, well gotta go since it's
           my turn now. Bye love you <3
