Not gonna lie. I stress a lot, way more then I should. But I just can't help it, I jus think too much sometimes. I stress about grades, test, projects, how my hair looks, where I'm going to eat lunch, if I have something in my braces, if I left a paper behind, I forgot something in a class, the next class I'm going to, homework, being my things back and forth from my grandparents house and a parents house, making sure I don't bother people, friends. It's a lot, big and little I worry about. So if I haven't told you by now, I'm REALLY bad at math and science. The are just weak subjects for me. In class I will understand it, during home work i'll understand it and then when it comes to test, I totally blank out! And it sucks!!! I recently, have 5 projects in AICE photography, I had a test I science today, a math test tomorrow, I had a "work in progress" performance for my group musical number in AMT (American Musical Theater) and a test in yoga next week. It's a lot. And I'm FREAKING OUT! And all this is making me not get good sleep, worry too much. And when I don't get sleep, and I worry. I get really bad headaches. And I don't deal with stress well, when I'm left a lone too long, and I have maybe its all of 2 minuets, and I use that time to think. And it all becomes so overwhelming. And the past couple of night, I have just been crying. I'm not gonna lie. It's hard for me. And I hate it! So if you stress out, and you get as bad as me, or maybe you don't but you still stress a little. I found doing a few things might help.

Talk with your parents

Talk to a friend

Hang out with friends to get your mind off of it

Take deep breaths

Take a good long nap, where you don't think, and play nice music!

Listen to music!

Eat a healthy filling meal

Maybe have a little of sweets

Do some stretching

Try yoga

Do something you enjoy

Try something new

If your a girl, get all pretty. Do your makeup really nice and get dressed in a cute outfit, feeling confident with the way you look on the outside usually makes you feel better overall.

Go for a good exercise, it releases positive energy.

Ask your teachers for extra help.

Ask your teaches for extra credit

Ask your teachers for maybe an extension on a project because there's so much( not saying this will always work, but worth a shot)

Those are just a few things I could come up with off the tip of my head. I'm going to have to try some of those my self. Well excuse me while I go (try) to take a good nights rest! Later you guys:) please vote and comment it means a lot. And hope you're stress free:)
