gym for non-athletic people.
(please keep in mind I'm giving advice from what I experianced at my school every school is different)
at my middle school in the begining of the year we did the presidental fitness test. which is just a bunch of different simple excersies and you get timed. and then you get ranked. but its really not that important, you just did your best. then each day of the week we had different activities that would switch up throughout the week. like one day would be running the mile(which we did about every other week), we had activity days(which is a bunch of different activities you can do, and you and pick whatever, those where my favorote days) some days we would just sit inside thegym and play basketball. others we would play indoor hockey.
and towards the end of the year we would.have whole weeks dedicated to certain activites, like we had a dance week, and we had a health week. but every semester we had exams about what we learned. and they where always pretty easy for me.
but when taking gym, you will realize litteraly no one cares. gym teachers are just there to write down your grade and get a pay check. I know a lot of people who just BS gym. and still pass. now I'm not saying BS-ing it is the best way to go about it, because you can still fail gym.
but really in gym... if you're not really an athletic person, you really don't have to worry about anything. if you make it look like you're trying in class, you should get your points for that day.just pay attention when you do lessons so you pass the tests.
