She fights with him
wrips his shirt
and backs away with same rhyme
and distinct rhythm.
He takes his shirt and gives it to her
to fulfill her anger and feed the demon
that lives inside of her.
She takes it and wrips it apart
making her hate a crime towards
the man's white tank top.
He takes this heart as his shield
and his word as his oath
and lends her his soul
so that she can beat further
and further
and wrip apart..
She leaves, she notes, and she doesn't come back
she leaves with fury in her eyes
she leaves with suspense in her gaze
and she leaves with pride from her agony..
He waited for her
and waited
but she didn't come back.
He thought this was a temporary grief
but he then realized that bliss was never permenant
just temporary;
a temporary bliss.
He holds his little birds close and feeds them
by chewing their food beforehand.
She's gone,
she flew away with the wind
she found other corners to keep his heart
but she ended up throwing it off of a cliff
far away from anyone's reach.
She never confessed
she never prayed to the Lord
for forgiveness to cross her paths
or miles to separate her sheer love
because there was no love.
10 years later
she is knocking on the door
and he opens it for her;
welcoming her in as if it were her own once again
from that of once upon a time.
She finds the same concept of furniture
the same odor
the same people
but a different aura.
Time comes and time goes
she is arguing with him yet again
from deep within the thick walls of hard cement
but then her fury fades
and she finds love..
They melt into each other as how they once did.
