Chapter Twenty-Five

    Present day
Mike's POV

My sister's been missing for almost a day now and  I'm very worried about her. I wonder what Pan's done with her. We've been searching for her and Henry and haven't found either of them or any evidence of them. We split up into groups of two and I'm with Snow White. "Hopefully Kim's ok." I say looking at her worried. "I'm sure she's fine. I don't think Pan  would hurt her." We stop at a tree to rest. "How can you be sure? He almost killed her last time." I say. She looks at me confused. "You and your sister have been here before?" She asks. I nod. "Yeah, when she was seven and I was eleven." I say. "How did Pan try to hurt your sister?" She asked. I told her about how we got here five years ago and how Pan stabbed her and I made a deal with him to save her. She didn't look shocked. I felt like someone was there watching us so, I took my dagger out and looked around me and Snow. "What's wrong?" She asked. "Pan is near us I can feel his presence." She took out her bow and arrow being very cautious that I was trying to trick her. We hear twigs snapping in the forest and they're getting closer to us. Pan finally comes out of the forest. "Well look who's here." He taunts us. "It's Snow White and a fairy's son." Snow shoots me a look that I couldn't read. I push him against a tree and hold my knife to his neck. "Where's my sister?" I ask. "If you asking if she's still breathing then the answer is yes." He says. I get annoyed and push the knife harder in his skin. "I bet you came here to me that I will never see her again." I say. "Now what's the fun in simply killing her than to make you worry about her still breathing by the time you try to get off the island?" He asks. I look back at Snow and she's just looking at Pan. "If you're smart then you will let me go." He says. I give up on questioning him and let him go. "Why didn't you kill him?" She asks as he disappears. "I don't know. I think it's because my sister would be so disappointed with me that I killed out of anger." She nods like she understands. I hope she does if I'm ever going to see my sister again I'm going to need everyone's help. We keep walking and searching for the camp Pan keeps moving around the island.
