Maggie's Point of View
I must have blacked out for a minute. I came back into consciousness. I was on my stomach on the ground. I remembered I was on the phone with Nico. I looked around for my phone. I saw it about two feet away from me. I started to crawl but a sharp pain went through my left leg. I could only crawl a few inches at a time but I kept crawling towards the phone so I could tell Nico I was okay.
Once I got to my phone I let out a sigh of relief. I looked at the phone. The call was ended.
"Nico." I called his name. "Nico." I repeated his name. "Nico. Nico." I yelled his name one last time. "Nico!"
"Oh my gosh! Maggie!" Jax came running over to me.
"What happened?" I asked quietly.
"Someone hit us. And the car almost flipped but it only tilted. And you went out the side. I don't know how!" He was freaking out.
"Did you call someone?" I asked.
"Yes. The ambulance is on its way." He said.
"Good." I said sitting up. At least tried to. When I sat up I felt a sharp pain. The leg again. "I'm just going to rest." I said right before I blacked out.
Nico's Point of View
When I got to the location of Maggie's phone I was in a hospital. I walked in and saw Jax, Maggie's best friend, pacing in the waiting room.
"Where is she?" I said running towards him. He looked scared.
"They are making sure there is no internal damage and stitching up her leg. They said they will let us know when we can see her." He explained.
I waited and waited. After two hours the doctor came and told us we could see her. Jax went first but stopped me right before we went in.
"I need to tell you something." Jax said in a serious tone.
"What?" I asked. He was holding me up. I wanted to see Maggie. I needed to make sure she was okay.
"I like Maggie." His words did not faze me. Maggie was beautiful, kind, and smart. Plus, he knew her longer and they're best friends.
"That's important right now, how?" I asked annoyed.
"I want to be with Maggie." He said.
"What are you saying?" I asked. I want to punch him right now.
"I want to kiss her and I believe that deep down she really loves me. Not you." He said sounding scared.
"Fine. You can kiss her. I don't care. If she chooses you okay. If she chooses me okay. But I swear if you make me wait any longer to see Maggie, you will regret ever meeting me. You will want to be in Tartarus. And most of all you will not be able to move for a month." I said hoping to scare the living Hades into him so he would hurry up.
"Okay." He said turning around scared.
Maggie's Point of View
I woke up for a brief moment. Jax was sitting on the side of the bed. There were tear streaks on his cheek. He turned his head towards me and saw I was awake. He mumbled a few words I wanted to hear.
"I love you." Jax spoke quietly. Barely audible.
I didn't know what to say. I tried to sit up but my left leg started to throb. I felt stuck there. Then he leaned down and kissed me before I could stop him. I was shocked but before I could say anything I went back to sleep.
Nico's Point of View
He came walking out of her hospital room with tear streaks on his face.
"What happened?" I asked a little frightened. What if Maggie did like him more then me? I loved her but did she love me?
"She woke up. I told her I loved her then kissed her." He said casually.
"And? What did she do? What did she say?" I asked a little nervous.
"She fell back asleep before I could ask her how she felt." He said smiling. "You're afraid that she likes me more. Aren't you?"
"Well you have been friends longer but that's my only doubt. I love Maggie." I said honestly. I couldn't lie he saw how I felt about her. "I'm going to check on her." I said.
"Can I talk to you two real quick about Margaret?" The doctor asked.
