Maggie's Point of View
We followed the man to a restaurant on the corner. We entered and a woman greeted the man.
"Ahh! There you are! I've missed you!" She hugged him and he hugged her.
"I missed you too! Very much!" They both talked in Italian accents. They probably learned English because of the tourists.
"Please sit!" The man said, pointing to the bar. We sat down. He ran up some staircase. The woman came over to us.
"My name is Celestina." She put her hand out and I shook it then Nico did.
"Heavenly." I said.
"Yes. How did you know that?" She asked.
"Yeah. How did you know that?" Nico looked surprised even though I was a daughter of Athena.
"Well I looked up celestial the one time and it meant heavenly. So I figured your name came from the same root." I said.
"Well done! You are very smart!" She said raising her hands in the air. The man returned with clothes in his hands.
"Here you go!" He hand me a pair of clothes and Nico a pair of clothes.
"Thank you so much!" Nico and I both said, realizing we were still in our pajamas.
We went and got changed in the bathrooms and sat back down. I had a nice black tank top and black jean shorts on. And Nico had a black t-shirt on with black pants.
"I knew you looked familiar." Nico said.
"Yes. I wanted to see how long it took." The man said. The woman smiled.
"What?" I asked utterly confused.
"Every time I come back from Tartarus this couple helps me. They are demigods too." Nico explained.
"Oh okay. Which god or goddess is your parent?" I asked them.
"Demeter." Celestina said.
"Apollo." The man said. "What about you?"
"Athena. But I'm blessed by Apollo, Athena, Aphrodite, Zeus, Poseidon, Hephestus, and Hades." I explained.
"So she is the one the prophecy is about?" The man asked.
"Yes." I said. "And Nico. Plus three others." A ding went off in the kitchen.
"Oh! The food is done!" She said and went into the kitchen.
"I'm sorry. I didn't catch your name." I said to the man.
"Oh. My name is Angiolette." He said.
"Meaning angel or messenger." I said.
"Correct. How did you know that?" He asked.
"The root I took away from your name was angel. So angel or messenger because angels are sometimes depicted as messengers." I explained.
"Wow. Celestina did you hear that." Angiolette said. Celestina came out with the food.
"She did that to me too."
"Okay hotshot. What does my name mean?" Nico said before digging into his food.
"The victor of the people." He choked on his food.
"How did you even know that?" He asked.
"I look stuff up. I read." I paused. "And mine means pearl. My name is Maggie by the way. Or Margaret." I said.
"Seriously! How did you know that?!" Nico was flipping out. I couldn't help but start laughing.
"I look stuff up. I read." I explain in between laughs. "I'm also a daughter of Athena." Nico laughed. He put his arm around my waist. I put my hair up and started to eat.
"So Nico. Long time no see. How have you been?" Angiolette asked.
"Good. How have you been?" Nico asked.
"I've been good. Our restaurant just hit our twenty year anniversary last week." Angiolette answered.
"That's amazing. Congratulations! I can see why." I said. "This food is amazing."
"Thank you so much, dear." Celestina said. "So how did you meet our Nico?"
"Umm. He came to my school, looking for me. We hit it off. My friend and I invited him and his friend over to my house to hang out. And we've been hanging out ever since." I explained.
"Well." Angiolette said. "It looks like you two have been hanging out a lot."
"Yeah. How did you know?" I asked. He pointed to his neck. Oh crap! Nico started laughing.
"You think it's funny." I asked.
"Yes. They have taken care of me. They are basically my grandparents. And you got caught with hickeys I gave you." He was still laughing. And after that explanation I couldn't help but laugh.
"Okay. Fine. You have a point." I finished my breakfast.
After a little bit of small talk, Nico and I started to walk around Ravenna.
"Maggie." Angiolette said before we left.
     "Yeah?" I asked.
     "Take care of Nico."
     "Of course." I smiled.
We went into three churches because Nico knows I'm a Catholic. He actually pulled me into the first church. I wasn't going to make him go because I didn't think he wanted to.
"Why are you dragging me to the church?" I asked.
"I'm Catholic, Maggie." He stopped and turned to me. "I grew up learning this because my mother taught me."
"I thought we are supposed to believe in the Greek and Roman gods and goddesses."
"We are and we do. But if the Greek and Roman gods and goddesses are real then God could be too." He explained.
"I love you so much." I kissed him.
"I love you too." He said and kissed back.
"Okay let's go." Now I was pulling him into the church.
They were so beautiful. They had colorful mosaics. It was so vibrate and full of life. There were so many beautiful colors. After about six churches we went to Dante's tomb and then to Theoderic's tomb. Then we decided to go home.
"I'll shadow travel us onto the ship." Nico said. He grabbed my hand and pulled me close to him, his arms around my waist. "Ready?"
"Ready." I replied.
I felt it get colder. And it got darker. I held on tight to Nico, not wanting to get lost in the shadows. I could see them dancing around as if it were a ball. Then we were on the deck of the Argo III. I let go of Nico and was tackled to the ground.
