Klaus stared at me and brushed a strand of hair out of my eyes. His touch was so soft and gentle yet I knew he had a coarse and rough side. I looked away from him. He dropped his hand and picked up my hand and turned it over looking at my wrist. "We should get some sleep so we can try and find that solution tomorrow." He said softly running his hand over the tatoo that had appeared the night I met Klaus. "Yeah...I'll see you in the morning Klaus."

I stood up only to be pulled back down into Klaus' arms. "K-Klaus." I stuttered. I don't know why I felt so nervous. It felt as if old emotions had been awoken inside me. As if I was falling in love all over again. I trembled slightly as he hugged me tightly. He pressed our foreheads together and closed his eyes. "Alice please don't be cross with me." He begged softly. "I don't understand why I did it but I..." He trailed off as his grip on my hips tightened and our chests were pressed against each other's. "Klaus wha-" "See for your self." I sighed then closed my eyes and concentrated entering Klaus' mind. Images were flashing before his eyes. He was having a vision.

"What's wrong with you Klaus?" Kol yelled angrily. "You go searching for some long lost love and find out she's seeing someone and doesn't remember you and you get upset?" Klaus growled taunting his big brother. "No. I'm upset brother, because you compelled her to forget me then tried to seduce her using compulsion! Do you have even a shred of sibling loyalty left?!"

I watched as Elijah walked in. "Well don't blame me. I simply wanted to sleep with her it was Elijah who was in love with her!" Kol yelled slapping his hand over his mouth immediately after. Klaus had Elijah by the throat pinned up against the wall in seconds.

"Nik stop it!" Rebeka yelled fearful for her brother's life. Klaus released Elijah who fell to the ground wincing in pain. "I'm sorry brother but she was suffering without you." Elijah said. "She was dying." Klaus glared at him. "So you compelled her to forget me and then you get her to fall in love with you? No brother. You can have any girl you want but Alice is mine." Klaus yelled angrily tears forming in his eyes.

"I don't see your mark on her." Kol sneered. "Well then watch as I make it." Klaus was out of the room in moments. He found me walking along the street and turned me. "Nik what have you done?" Rebeka asked tears in her eyes as she ran towards my dead body and stroked my hair. Kneeling down over me in the alley way. "We can now be together forever." He whispered softly caressing my cheek. "Was that you leaving your mark?" Kol asked angrily tears gleaming in his eyes. "No. This is me giving her a way to find the truth."

I gasped as I found myself pressed against Klaus once again. I pulled away quickly and closed my eyes. "Did you see it love?" He asked playing with a strand of my curly hair. I nodded.

"We met in 1423. My mother was a witch and she hated vampires so she tried to push your family away. When my mother died she tried to protect me from dying alone and falling in love with a vampire by cursing me but we fell in love anyway. When Michael discovered you weren't his son he destroid half the village and killed your mother. I fled leaving both of us fearing the worst about each other's disappearance. Elijah discovered me years later and he found that I was emotionally destroid. You discovered this when you found Kol trying to seduce me one night and you were furious with your family. To fulfill the promise you had made and in attempt to make me remember my past you turned me hoping we could be together. He loved me so in attempt to save me he used compulsion to make me forget about all of you. But your siblings compelled us both to remember different versions of the story and dropped us in different parts of the world hoping we'd never see each other again." I finished.

"Not exactly a picture perfect love story but I like it." We turned to see Rebeka at the door. I immediately stood up blushing furiously when I realized Klaus was still cradling me. Rebeka laughed lightly grabbing her purse which lay on the couch opposite us and walking out the door once again closing it loudly behind her.

After Beka left we both stared at each other. I could see a hint of lust in Klaus' eye so I quickly yawned. "I'm exhausted. I'm going to get some rest okay?" I said walking towards my room. "Aw no goodnight kiss?" He asked his voice right behind me his hot breathe hitting my neck making me shiver.

I turned around cautiously and faced him. I pressed my lips gently against his cheek then walked towards my room. I fell back on the bed but I could hear Klaus as he quickly got dressed for bed. "What's wrong with me?" I thought as I cushioned my head with my hands. "I just found out Klaus turned me for love yet I feel afraid of him? He has done nothing but help me." I sighed loudly.

"It might just be the fact that I've just seen what Klaus can be like towards others. Yet I know he is only hurting from his father's abuse." I said out loud. "But there's no denying that I'm falling for him. He wants me I can tell but we can't be together until we find a way to break this damn curse." I closed my eyes and heard a knock at the door.

I walked over to my bedroom door and opened it revealing a shirtless Klaus. "We should wake up bright and early to try and solve our problem." He said softly his eyes locked with mine. He ran his finger over the tattoo on my wrist. "Tell me we're okay." I said softly. He smiled and leaned in kissing me passionately pressing me against my door frame. "Better than ever." He said pulling away from me completely out of breathe.

I laughed and hugged Klaus. He buried his face in the crook of my neck his hand gliding over my back from my shoulder blades to my waist. "What happened to waking up bright and early?" I asked playfully. He groaned in frustration and released me from his hold. "Goodnight Klaus." I said soothingly as I stepped into my room closing the door. I fell back on my bed once more and snuggled into my pillows.

Klaus may be many things but he would never hurt me. That was proven today. I truly had nothing to be afraid of but my own paranoia. I chuckled at how I sounded just like Elijah but I then scowled at the thought of what he did to me. He had no right.

I shook those thoughts out of my head and sighed. "Tomorrow we'll find that solution and we can finally be together forever." I heard Klaus whisper. "Always and forever."
