"Move?" Alice asked confused. "Well do you really want to stay in the same place your whole life or travel a little then decide?" Rebeka asked. Alice smiled sheepishly. "I haven't been anywhere really so I'd love to travel." I smiled. "I'm fine with it if you are love." I said smiling. She gave me a thankful smile in return.

"Alice?" A male voice said from behind me. "Trevor?" Alice said in surprise. A man who looked about mid twenties who was well built, had brown curly hair and blue eyes. He wore a red and black paid shirt and blue jeans. She gave him a hug.

"Rebeka, Elijah, Klaus this is Trevor my land lord." She said. Rebeka looked interested in Trevor so we pulled up a chair and asked him to join us. Trevor continued to glance at Alice while speaking with Rebeka. "Hey guys. I think Klaus and I will go for a walk. I'm so sorry my legs are just going numb right now from sitting for too long." Alice said pulling her cardiigan on as I stood up.

Trevor smiled weakly and nodded. Then he turned back to Rebeka and they continued talking. Elijah was speaking with a young women who sat at another table. So we quickly left.

We walked along the river watching the boats on the water. I smiled as I watched Alice's relaxed reaction to the calm scene before us. I wrapped my arms around her waist. "What are you thinking of love?" I asked resting my head on her shoulder. "Where do you want to go?" She asked leaning back into me.

"I don't know. Where have you always wanted to go?" I asked. "Italy, Japan and Chili." She said. I chuckled at her simple response. "Well then that's where we will go." I said smiling against the skin of her shoulder.

"I've been all over the world love so where ever you want to go we'll go." She turned to face me her smile had disappeared. "Klaus have you ever thought that we might not be able to settle down?" She looked serious. "Yes love. I have but until the day when I stop being able to defend you I promise you we will and can settle down." I said seriously. "But where Klaus we both have people all over the world who want to kill us?" She seemed concerned. "Anywhere. I will protect you Alice. Even if I die in the process." She smiled and hugged me.

We made our way back to the dinner to see that Trevor and the young women had left. Rebeka looked angry and Elijah looked upset as well. "Let me guess Trevor was only interested in Aly?" I said raising an eyebrow. Rebeka nodded irritatedly. "And the young women?" Alice asked Elijah curiously. He sighed. "Not who I thought she was." He said. She nodded sympathetically. "It's alright guys you will both find someone." She said in an assuring tone.

Rebeka smiled but Elijah simply nodded. I noticed something seemed to be bugging Alice. "What's wrong princess?" I whispered as we walked along the road on our way home. "I keep feeling like something terrible is about to happen." She whispered back. I gave her an odd look.

"It's like when Josie was killed. I feel like something like that's about to happen." She said. She sounded so worried. "Don't worry love noth-" There was a blood curling scream that rang through the streets. Alice gave me a fearful glance as she got up and ran through the streets only to find a women standing in the middle of the street. Her eyes were black and her palms faced the sky glowing.

"Josie?" Alice said shocked. "How is she...." She trailed off when she saw Kol. "Oh my gosh! Klaus this is dark magic!" She said fear in her voice. "What do you mean?" I asked confused. "Josie used dark magic to try and banish the vampires so when it failed the dark magic consumed her." Alice said. She was trembling.

"We have to kill her Klaus." She whispered. I looked at her to see she had the dagger in her hand. "I need to do this Klaus." She said. "I'm the only one who can. If anyone is touched by the dark magic their mind is consumed and twisted. I am purified by the spirit's magic so I have to kill her. The magic won't effect me." I nodded slowly. "Alright love. Do it."

She nodded and closed her eyes then reopened them. They were a pure white and her hair started to light on fire. She started to chant something in a foreign language and the flame burned brighter. Josie moved towards Alice.

"Let's end this Josie." I looked at Alice. It wasn't her own voice but it sounded like multiple speaking through Alice. Josie smirked. "This is only the beginning Alice!" She cackled. "No I'm sorry Josie but it ends here." I watched as Josie was surged with light fragments and stumbled back.

"I'm sorry Josie." Alice said above the roar of the wind that blew around her. There was a huge flash of light and Alice stood on the other side of Josie. They stood still for a few moments before Josie dropped to the ground. Dead.

Alice smiled weakly and took a step before stumbling. I swiftly caught her. "I got you love." I said. He nose was bleeding and her breathing was slow but Alice was alive.

I saw movement out of the corner of my eyes. Kol stood there holding the dagger. This wasn't about Josie or about Alice. It was about him killing me. "Love I need to end this once and for all." I whispered kissing her forehead. "Klaus." She rasped. "Yes love." I turned to see her holding out a stake. "This is the only thing that will truly kill him now go." I nodded and followed Kol down to where the river met the rocks. "Let's finish this just you and me brother!" Kol said viciously. He lunged at me and I kicked him back. He broke a rock in half and slashed at me with it.

A gash opened up above my eyes blurring my vision. Close your eyes and concentrate on the sounds around you then focus on Kol. Alice. No matter what happens to her she will always worry about others first.

I did as she said and focused. I easily started dodging Kol until finally he threw me back. As he loomed over me I waited. One. Two. Three. Now! I lunged stabbing Kol. I heard him gasp in shock and then I felt his body go limp. I opened my eyes to see Rebeka, Elijah and Alice waiting for me by the edge of the rocks. Alice was on Elijah's back but she was smiling weakly. "It's over. It's finally over." Elijah said relaxing.

"It's about time this damn thing ended." Rebeka said. But my eyes were only on Alice who lay exhausted from using so much energy but still hanging on. Elijah let Alice down. Alice nearly dropped but I caught her lifting her up in my arms. "It's alright love. You're safe. Get some rest." I whispered and she smiled resting her head against my chest. Yes. It had finally ended and my little princess was safe.
