Walk to me part 2

Arizona's POV
"I wanna go again"
April and Callie cross looks.
"Maybe tomorrow, lets not push it" April said.
Callie looked at me and I nodded.
"I'm going to get the wheelchair" Callie said.
"No, I'm going to walk to my room!" I said.
"Ar... You just started to walk today, 45 minutes ago you took your first step, your body won't handle a big walk." April said coming closer to me and grabbing me by my waist.
"You're right! Then idea of sitting down does sound good!" I said grabbing Aprils waist.
Callie grabbed the wheelchair and I sat down.
"Let's goooo" April said pushing my wheelchair while running.
We where at the end of the hall. Bip bip bip. "Oh daam it! I have to go, they are paging me from the ER" Callie said.
"Go, we'll be fine" I said. April and I laughed.
"Yeah but don't get to fine, I don't want anything happening to you!" Callie said and gave me a kiss on the head.
"You know? I've missed this protective Callie" April said. Callie and I smiled.

"April no! You're going to drop me!" I said laughing.
"I'm not! I can easily carry you!" April said picking me up from the chair to start walking down the stairs.
"April put me down"
"You shut up or I'm going to drop you!"
I started to feel her arms getting more and more wobbly and at the last step she dropped me but I didn't fall. I opened my eyes and someone else was grabbing me.
"You crazy? Why did you think you could carry her?" Karev screamed to April while holding me in his arms.
"I'm sorry! I almost did, I..."
"You almost killed her that's what you almost did! If I hadn't walked in on that precise second and grabbed her she would've slammed her head on the floor." Alex screamed.
"Alex she was just trying to help. No one else was here! Don't scream at her!" I told him. April was about to cry.
"Arizona I'm sorry.. I really thought I was strong enough.. I'm.."
"April it's fine! I'm fine!" I said reaching for her arm.
"Alex put me down!" I told him.
He looked at me like he was waiting for something.
"Thank you very much for catching me but you can put me down now." I told him.
"You're welcome and he'll no! I'm carrying you! Where do you want to go?" He asked.
I rolled my eyes.
"You do know that a wheelchair is safe for me to be in?" I ask him.
"Yeah but I'm not taking any chances.. To where?" He asked.
"My bedroom" I said and off we went with April right behind us.

A month latter
"I can't believe Sofia is gone." I said grabbing my purse.
"She's with Mark in Tacoma and they left an hour ago, I know I told you that if you really missed her we would drive there but not for the next week." Callie said walking out the door behind me and locking it.
I turned to her and gave her a passionate kiss.
"Um.." Callie said in delight. "What was that for?" She asked.
"Just a thank you for taking good care of me and to say I love you!".
She gave me a passionate kiss. "I love you too!"
I grabbed her waist and we walked to the car.
"I can't believe you're coming back to work!" Callie said.
"Me too!! I'm so excited!" I said.
We got in the car and Callie drove us to the hospital.

Callie's POV
Arizona and I had a busy morning but I tried to keep an eye on her the hole morning just to make sure she doesn't push it to much. It's lunch time, I get a text from her.
Arizona - "Hey love, I'm hungry do you want to go to lunch? 😘"
Callie - "Hey! Of course! Where are you?"
Arizona - "Walking to the cafeteria, where are you?"
Callie - "I'm in the elevator! Hang on I'm seeing you! You look hot! 👩🏼👀💋"
I see her look at her phone and she looks behind her smiling. She sees me and I wave to her. As she gets closer I smile to her as she's looking me up and down. I grab her waist.
"You don't look to bad yourself!" She says and gives me a slow kiss on the cheek.
We get our trays and sit on a table holding hands. With her available hand Arizona takes a sip of her drink thro the straw.
"You're so sexy.." I tell her.
"In your dreams Torres!" She says and I laugh.
The rest of the day we had two surgeries, both together.
