It's too cold outside for angels to fly

"Dr. Shepard it's Dr.Torres again."
"Just silence it. Again."
"Dr.Grey, Dr.Torres is texting you now."
"Read it please" Meredith said
"Dr.Torres wrote quote "something is off and I can feel it! Came to the hospital please""
"Meredith someone has to tell her" Cristina told Meredith.
"No one tells Callie anything! Do you hear me?" Amelia snapped. All the doctors looked at her. "She can't know. She went down two days ago. It's our job to make sure she doesn't fall again and to save our friend here on the table and for me and April, it's our best friend so NO ONE TELLS CALLIE ANYTHING!"
"Ok ok!" Yang responded. They all kept working.
"Dr.Kepner, Dr.Torres is texting you now"
"Ok, can you read it please?"
"She wrote quote "April I demand to know what you are doing to my wife"
"Someone should go tell her.." April said.
"She isn't her wife legally. Legally she has no rights to anything" Yang said
"Dr. Shepard, Dr.Torres keeps texting you"
"Just silence it. Silence all of ours. We need to focus."
Three hours latter Meredith was done with her part.
"What's the latest text that I have from Callie?" She asked the nurse
"Dr.Grey, Dr.Torres wrote quote "Meredith it's been two hours. Your rounds started an hour ago. Where are you?" And then "Meredith I'm flipping out here. They took Arizona to surgery four hours ago and no one lets me see her. Please.. Where are you?"
"I'm going to tell her. I'm done with my part and she's stable in my field so I can stay with her. What's her status on your fields?" Meredith asked.
"Her heart is stable but I have to stay here until Amelia is done to make sure her heart is healed." Cristina said.
"I'm almost done with the muscles on her feet." April said.
"I'm about to finish but it may take about an hour still" Amelia said.
"Ok. I'm going to stay with Callie. If anything call me!" Meredith said.
They nodded in agreement and Meredith left.
She went to change to the clothes she got into the hospital with and went to the lobby to find Callie.
She found her near a pilar.
"Meredith!" Callie said as Meredith came closer to her.
"I'm here!" Meredith said coming closer to Callie.
"What happened to you? I texted you hours ago!"
"I'm sorry I was in surgery!" Meredith said standing in front of Callie.
"Surgery? At 5 am? What surgery? Oh my God, you were in Arizona's surgery weren't you?" She asked.
Meredith nodded yes.
"Why would they need you? Meredith they have been working on her for four hours now! What the hell is happening in there?"
Meredith explained Callie everything.
"Oh Mer.. How the hell did this happen?" She started to cry.
Meredith hugged her.
They sat in the lobby for another hour and then Amelia came.
"She's fine. Everything is fine! We were able to stop the bleeding and extract the blood from her brain. Yang fixed her heart and Meredith and April fixed the rest. We checked, everything is fixed. She's going to be fine" Amelia said.
Callie hugged her and then went with Amelia to see Arizona.
"I'm sorry for not telling you but I wanted to save you the worry" Amelia said.
"I understand but don't do that next time."
"So you too are together again?"
"We are" Callie said.
Amelia hugged her.
"I'm happy for you guys!"
"Thank you!"

It took Arizona two hours to wake up.
"Hey there sleepy head!" Amelia said.
"Hey Amy!" Arizona said waking up.
"Callie went downstairs to get breakfast, she's going to be so mad she wasn't here when you woke up."
Arizona smiled.
"How did it go?" Arizona asked.
"You tell me! Can you see from your left eye?" She asked.
Arizona closed her right eye. "Yes! YES!" She screamed! "AMY I CAN SEE FROM THE LEFT EYE!" She moved her feel and her hands. "AMY I CAN MOVE MY FEET! AND MY LEGS!" Amelia laughed from the bottom of her bed.
"Sh!! You're gonna wake up the entire floor!" Amelia smiled and came closer to Arizona.
"Came here!" Arizona said and open her arms to hug Amelia.
Amelia laughed as she hugged Arizona.
"Amy you cured me!" She said.
"Actually we all did" Yang said.
The girls broke the hug and Arizona saw Cristina, Meredith and April coming in.
"Tell me everything" Arizona asked pulling herself up on the bed.
"We fixed everything. You're good to go!" Yang said.
"Well.. With a lot of resting in front of that but yup! You're all done with surgeries!" April said!
"Thank you so much!" Arizona said starting to cry!
"Oh.. Don't cry!" April said coming to hug Arizona, so did Amelia and then Meredith and at last Yang.
"I really don't like this" Yang said.
"Shut up Yang, we all know you do" Amelia said teasing her.
"What's happening here?" Callie said coming in.
