Loving you

Callie's POV
After staying with me for about an hour Arizona had to go back to the OR so I was left alone again but at least I was making progress in the cartilage.
After all being alone wasn't so bad. I planned dinner, our outfits for family pictures, I called my dad and Mark came in to talk as I was almost finishing. We picked the kids up from daycare and I texted Arizona.
"How are you? 😘" - Callie.
"Tired.. Looks like it may take another couple of hours.." - Arizona
"Ok! I'm going to take Sofia home and feed her dinner, come to pick you up?" - Callie.
"No! Go rest! I'll ask Amy to drop me of. See you when I get home! ❤️ u!" - Arizona.
"K, love you too" - Callie.

So I drove home, showered Sofia, prepared dinner for us, while she ate I took a shower, we watched an episode of Zack and Cody and then I put her to bed.
Dinner was getting cold and I was getting extremely bored at home so I called our neighbors daughter and asked her to baby sit for us and then left to the hospital.

Arizona's POV
Getting home was the only thing on my mind. This day was so long. I did the surgery, then press, then I had all the post ops to do and I still left the easy ones for Alex to check tonight.
I was so tired that when I saw Callie in the waiting room I thought I was hallucinating.
I walked past her but Callie got up and wrapped her arms around me while leaning her head on my shoulder.
"Wrought day?" Callie asks.
"Very! I though you were a ghost I was imagining. That's how tired I am.."
"I'm sorry.. I was thinking we could have date night but if are so tired..." Callie said unwrapping her arms from me and walking to my side.
"No, please! Date night is exactly what I need.." I said locking arms with Callie.
"Then let's goooo" Callie said grabbing my hand and pushing me
"No!!" I stopped in my tracks and let go of her hand.
"What?" Callie asks me.
"I want a piggy back ride!" I ask her.
"Seriously?" Callie says.
"I'm just so tired! I poured. She can't resist my pout.
"Fine!" Callie said and turned around.
"Thank you!" I said in a sweet voice and jumped on her back, wrapping my arms around her neck and leaning down to kiss her cheek.
"I like being this close to you.." I whisper.
"Yeah yeah, you just like the not having to walk part..." Callie says getting out of the hospital.
"And that too.." I say and we laugh.

Callie's POV
"We're are we going?" Arizona asks for the hundredth time.
"It's a surprise.." I say again.
When we get to the place I stop the car in the side of the road and get out.
"Is this it?" Arizona asks.
"Yes!" I say opening my door.
Arizona looks out her window.
"You coming?" I ask her as I get out of the car.
Arizona nods and gets out too.
I walk to the edge and sit on the car.
"This is amazing.." Arizona whispers looking at the view.
"How did you find out about this?" She asks turning to face me.
"I passed by here on my way home the other night and thought it was beautiful, the only think that makes it better is having you in my sight too!" I tell her.
Arizona smiles and jumps on the car next to me before sitting down and leaning in and giving me a kiss.
"I love you!" I whisper.
"I love you too!" Arizona mumbles against my lips.
I wrap my arms around her and pull her more to me.
A couple of hour pass and many words of love are told and heard before I pull back from a kiss and look at her. Arizona looks at me and just smiles. I smile to her too.
"Will you marry me?" I ask her.
"Yes!" Arizona says without even hesitating for a second. I smile bigger and Arizona leans in and pulls me down so she's on top of me. We kiss.
When Arizona pulls back she asks.
"Did you plan to propose here?" She asks.
"No.. Not at all.. I don't even have a ring. I just wanted to ask so I did.." I say and wait for her reaction.
Arizona just smiles. "I'm glad you did!" She says before leaning in again.
I give her a quick kiss before sliding from underneath her and of the car.
"Where are you going?" Arizona asks.
"To get you a ring!" I say and lean down to pull a wild flower from the ground. I take the flower of and make a circle and a knot with it before walking back to Arizona.
"Here!" I say and grab her hand.
We look at each other and smile.
"I love you!" I say and put the ring on her finger.
"I love you too Calliope!" Arizona says before kissing me. I stand between her legs and suddenly Arizona starts laughing.
"What?" I say pulling back.
"What?" I ask again now pushing her on her legs.
"It's just funny. I never in a million years would've have thought I would be getting engaged in a side of the road, with a sting ring, to the same person I already married once, but it's so perfect and I love it so much, I love you so much and I wouldn't want it any other way.." Arizona says.
I just look at her without not knowing what to say.
"I love you Calliope!" Arizona says.
"I love you too Arizona" I say.
"I just can't imagine my life without you. You make everything perfect. I just need you. You and Sofia and my day is already perfect. How did I get so lucky I didn't just get you once, but twice?" Arizona asked.
"It's just life. Everyone gets what God wants them to get and you got stuck with me. I guess he had to give me someone crazy to match my craziness and you were the only one who matched me..." I told Arizona.
"Damn right I am!" Arizona said and kissed me.
I wrapped my arms around her and picked her up.
"What are you doing?" Arizona asks me.
"Taking my fiancé home so we can celebrate by making sweet love to each other all night long..." I say putting her in the car.
I run to the other side and Arizona grabs my hand and intertwines our fingers before I can even drive away.
"Fiancé.. Making love.. You.. What else do I need in life babe?" She asks me.
"I don't know, to will the lottery?" I ask her.
"Already did!" Arizona says and leans in to kiss me. I smile and drive home the fastest I can.
