If I were James Bond

I had now been living with the guys for almost a month and a half. I was really starting to enjoy living them. I got along with every single one of them, and I felt like I was part of a huge family. I couldn't help but smile whenever I saw any of the boys. I was home, and my life finally felt normal. (Aside from the incident involving a slightly off bagel.)

I had also finally heard back from a small local pool, and I would start work at the end of the month as a junior lifeguard. Everything was finally starting to look up for me, and I could see my life falling back together.

Currently, I was at Cal's with the guys, plus some new people I hadn't met before. Well, I was assuming I hadn't met them before. It was becoming hard to work out whom I knew before the Harry incident, and whom I was just meeting.

Cal was being an ever-supportive friend to me, helping me slowly pieces my life back together. He was going to be throwing a party tonight, but I wasn't going to stay. Parties with random strangers aren't really my thing. Simon, Josh and I would be heading back to our place later on in the afternoon so that they could be up early to get to the train station to go down to Southampton to film a video.

The boys had been talking for almost an hour about Fifa, allowing me to drift of into my own wee world. I continued to watch them chatter, sprawled out on the couch. It was extremely comfortable, and I could feel myself drifting of to sleep. If it hadn't been for Harry swinging back and forth in front of the couch, making me feel sea sick I would be asleep by now. I groaned to myself, and shifted round so that I wasn't watching the blue wheels slide back and forth. Instead, I watched Harry as he laughed with the guys.

I couldn't help but smile as I watched Harry talk. I was more concentrated on his body language and communication than what he was actually saying. The passion he spoke with, the way his eyes lit up was enthralling. I found myself wondering, was there something that I was that passionate about?

"Hey, you wanna have a swegway race?" Harry asked excitedly, pulling to a stop before me.

"Swegway?" I asked sleepily. Didn't he mean Segway? These boys seemed to always call things strange names.

"Long story short, we just call Segways Swegways."

I nodded in understanding. That didn't surprise me at all.

" You can go on mine." Tobi said, rolling over to me. I gulped. I had never been on one before, and it looked pretty difficult. Harry seemed to notice my discomfort.

" Have you ever been on a Swegway before?" Harry asked. I bit my lip, shaking my head.

Harry skidded to a halt, almost flying of his Segway. He jumped of it, letting the clunky piece of plastic and metal roll away.

"Oh my days, never?" He cried, hands over his ears.

"Never." I confirmed, amused by his reaction.

"Well then, todays your lucky day!" He exclaimed, jumping of his own to offer me his hands. I took them, confused and he pulled me to my feet.

" Jump on." Harry said; nodding at the Segway Tobi had recently vacated. Just pretend it's a surfboard. A metal surfboard of death for someone as clumsy as me.

If I believed it was easy, maybe I could trick my body into doing it. Harry chuckled at me as I clutched his hands, standing up on it. God, my balance was shit. It was nothing like a surfboard. This was going to take a while.

Simon:

Why did I feel jealous all of a sudden? I hardly ever got jealous anymore. I watched Lucy as she wobbled, tightly clutching Harry's hands. She wasn't doing too badly at it, considering she must've been on for only a few minutes. It had taken me a week, and some of the other sidemen even longer to master it. Another pang of jealousy shot through me when Lucy fell forwards, only to be caught by Harry. The pair were giggling as Harry gently pushed her back onto the board. She had her knees majorly bent, as if she was surfing.
