In the few weeks after that night, nothing much happened at all.

Rory didn't re appear, no one got stabbed, and justice had been served to the girls who attacked Harry and I.

It had been a pretty boring time period, one that had been dampened by my inability to throw off a niggly cold. For the second time this week alone, I had run out of my flu pills. To top it off, I was pretty sure my period was rearing its ugly head.

After a quick stop to the bathroom followed by the starting of stabbing cramps, I found that I had indeed had reached that time of month.

There was nothing better to do than have a shower.

A long, long, shower.

"Lucy?" I heard a soft voice enquire, cold air blowing though the bathroom as the door was opened. I'd been in here so long I'd forgotten other people lived in this house.

"Jesus, Lucy what are you doing?" Oh god, it was Simon. He just had to see me like this, tired, sore, slightly depressed and curled up like a fetus on the shower floor, still completely clothed in my now sodden pjs. What an impression I must be making. Due to my womanly problems, put nicely I could barely manage a grunt to reply to Simon. Never had the self-destructing of my uterus had such a painful re bound. I'd never experienced such cramps. I could barely walk; hence I was lying on the shower floor, the water pummeling my body and steam floating around like a great fog.

"How long have I been here?' I managed to get out between gritted teeth.

"A hour or so." Simon said, crouching down next to the shower.

"You went in here when I started recording the FIFA video, and I just finished but heard the shower still going." He explained.

''I came in because I thought something might be wrong." Simon continued, looking at me slightly confused.

''Oh, everything's completely fine." I said, voice dripping with sarcasm.

''I'm not sure 'completely' is the right word." Simon replied, concerned.

''And you should've knocked." I suddenly declared, trying to pull myself up off the floor. Given my abdomen was burning with pain, this was proving to be very difficult for me.

''If you were drowning, would you have said 'Simon, leave this room and don't come back till you learn to knock?'' He asked, pouting.

''Don't mock me." I snapped, laying my head back on the floor. ''And plus, I wouldn't drown in the shower, I'm a life guard." I added. Simon chuckled.

''Sure, now would you like some help up there love?" He asked, standing up. Oh my ovaries. He obviously had no idea that my hormones were all over the place, and using such a nickname was having a major impact on me.

''I wouldn't be totally ungrateful.'' I said, hissing as another cramp racked though my side. Conceal; don't feel, I told myself as Simon went to his knees next me.

A shiver ran over my body as Simon knelt down, offering me his hands.

"Come on Luce." He said as I took his hand, letting him pull me up. On shaky legs, I kept bent double as pain continued to rack my body. God, I felt slightly light headed.

"You're looking a bit pale there, love." Simon said, letting go of my hands.

"Bro I'm loosing a lot of blood." I explained with a small chuckle. He looked suddenly extremely worried.

"Are you hurt?" He exclaimed. I rolled my eyes at him, he was absolutely clueless.

''Do we need to go to the hospital?" Simon asked. I shook my head, bent over double.
