"It went up my nose!" I cried, holding back my laughter. This made Jackson laugh even harder, the water spraying from his mouth. I ducked down, and it landed with a splat on my head. I shivered at the feeling of cold water dribbling down the back of my neck, my hair sticking to my skin. What a horrible sensation. Why had I agreed to make this video?
His smile........
I shook my head as soon as the thought floated into my brain. I was starting to question why I had even come here. In the back of my mind, I felt as if I was curious about how Simon would react. It was selfish and low, but I was testing Simon. I wanted to work out how he felt about me. Was this the right way? I couldn't talk to him outright about my feelings, to scared he'd shut me out.
"Next round." Jackson said, and I picked up the bottle, taking a mouthful of the crisp water. The bottle crinkled under his touch, and I couldn't help but notice that Jackson had long, slender fingers, just like Simons. Why on Earth did I notice that? Simon haunted my thoughts far to often, and I was getting tired of the mind games I was playing on myself.
I watched Jackson take his fill, and then we stared at each other, waiting for his little sister to play the next clip. Wasn't it cute how he looked after his little sister during the school holidays?
"Hailey, next clip." Jackson said as Hailey navigated her older brothers computer for the next clip, her blue eyes narrowed as she looked at the screen.
Jackson had managed to make me spit the water out at this stage earlier by wearing stupid glasses, and coming closer to my face, so now I would get him back. I shook my head from side to side, the water sloshing around making a rather disgusting sound. Jackson put a hand to his mouth, and then regaining control lowered his hand. He was still smiling, a small trickle of water running down his chin. I reached out with a single finger, and he watched it, wary.
"I can't play the clip!" Hailey said frantically. Jackson was still watching my fingers journey, and I paused. Then I suddenly jabbed him in the cheek, and the water came flying from his mouth, catching me in the face. I spat mine out in response, and scrunched up my eyes, leaning back. He just had to spit it all over my face.
"That's cheating!" Jackson laughed.
"I'm soaked." I pointed out, glancing down at my now wet body.
"Sorry, didn't realize you get so wet doing this." Jackson replied, his eyes twinkling.
" That counts as a innuendo!" I giggled; trying to keep my eyes of Jacksons quite good looking body. Had he purposely worn a tight fitting white shirt that was now rendered see through? All about those views, I guess.
"I know other ways to get you wet."
My eyes bugged out at his statement. Why would he say such a thing, in front of his little sister? Jackson only smirked at my reaction, Hailey completely oblivious.
This video had certainly taken un expected turns.
The rest of the video flew by, I was having that much fun. I hadn't laughed like this in ages, and I was grateful to Jackson for helping me out like this. The past few weeks had been bad, life getting me down, but here I was being thrown a life line. Jackson was my lifeline, returning colour to my life.
I smiled at Jackson as he smirked at me, tugging on his transparent shirt. I was incredibly wet, as was Jackson. I was about to ask him if there was somewhere I could get changed when he interrupted my thoughts.
"Can we go see a movie tonight?" Jackson asked as he pulled the SD card from the back of his camera. Wouldn't he get it wet? And also, why so suddenly did he want to hang out even more? Not that I minded.
