Simon:

I could tell Lucy didn't want to go to the party. There was a slight hunch in her shoulders, the sparkle that twinkled in her eyes absent. The news of her brother's marriage had hit her hard, and the only reason she was still on her feet was her drive to make those around her happy.

Everyone had been talking up the party, excitedly telling Lucy about all the new people she was going to meet. Lucy wasn't the type of person to back out of things, and tonight was no exception.

So here we were, at the biggest YouTuber party of the century.

By the look of shock and bewilderment, Lucy had never attended such a large party.

Nor one that was heavily dominated by the opposite sex. I could only see three girls in a whole storm of guys, and that was with my vantage point.

At Lucy's height, she probably thought she'd arrived at one of those notorious boy only frat parties you see in the movies.

I gently placed a hand on the small of Lucy's back to give her the motion of movement. Finally, she glanced up at me before letting me usher her into the house.

Just some of the guys? There had to be at least 50 young men at this party, with even more arriving by the minute. I really wished Ashleigh and the other girls had come along. That way I wouldn't be the only girl amongst half of YouTube's male population.

At least I still had the guys with me, Simon steering me into the room as he sensed my reluctance. The house we had arrived at was modern, white, darkly lit, and loud pop music swirled around us in a thick blanket.

"People here will want to meet you, Luce." Simon's words did nothing to dull my anxiety. I wasn't good with new people. Speaking of new people, a tall blonde boy was launching himself right in Simon and I's direction.

"Hello! I'm Caspar" The guy yelled, pulling me into a tight hug. Simons hand dropped from my back, and I stiffened, but relaxed into the hug. I vaguely knew who Caspar was. He'd made a movie with JJ, but I was always out working when ever he came round to the Sidemen house.

"I've heard plenty about you!" Caspar exclaimed, towering over me. I could faintly smell alcohol. This was going to be a long night.

"It's nice to meet you." I said shyly, glancing at Simon.

He nodded encouragingly at me, a small smile on his lips. I guess with Simon there, this night wouldn't be too difficult.

Unfortunately, I had an onslaught of new people to meet before I could fully enjoy myself.

"I'm Ollie." A dark haired man said, offering me his hand to shake. Olly White perhaps?

I took it, his hand warm against mine. Where had he appeared from?

"Nice to meet you." I repeated. Was it me or did I sound like a broken recorder stuck on repeat?

"I love your accent." He said, cocking his head at me sideways.

"What accent?" I grinned, attempting a British accent. Key word there, tried. Ollie laughed, and moved to the side so I could meet the next boy. God I was surrounded by so much testosterone. Where were all the girls? A bunch of attractive, famous boys throwing a party? I would expect girls to come in hoards. Maybe they were still all getting ready.

"I'm Josh." A man I hadn't seen pictures of said. He was tall and lanky like Simon, with auburn hair much like my own. I shook his hand.

" Nice to meet you." There we go again, broken record. Josh's voice reminded me slightly of Caspar's. Definitely not British. South African perhaps?
