Where am I? I question myself as I open my eyes to the view of a giant field. Oh no. I was completely lost wasn't I? I couldn't leave Ginger in risk of dying. It would completely break my heart to know that I lost my only love. The fact that she's pregnant and about to die as well makes me feel even worse.
I looked around and saw nothing but the open and flat field around me. I couldn't stop here. I had to head in one direction. I pulled my phone out knowing that this was now my only hope.
No service. Damn it.
I opened Apple Compass and turned in a circle to see where north east south and west were. West was to my left right now. I chose to go south because maybe I was just far behind her mother's house.
I kept my eyes on my phone as the sun continued to rise and I moved further south.
