     It was finally time for date. I was SO nervous. What if he didn't like what I had planned? I left my house 30 minutes earlier than I needed to do if there was traffic I wouldn't be late. I decided to go on a short walk to clear my mind. After I walked around a park a few blocks from my apartment, I went to the restaurant. I got us a table on the patio, which had a beautiful view of the beach. Then I remembered that I had forgotten to get Joey a Valentine's Day gift, so I put my jacket on the chair so we wouldn't lose our table and ran across the street to Target and bought him a little red colored teddy bear and a $25 iTunes gift card, then ran back to our table just as I saw Joeys car pull into the parking lot. Luckily my jacket was still there and the table was still empty, so I went in and sat down to wait for Joey to walk in. There's no turning back now.
