"Here you go," Lily chained me up.
I would quickly tug and tug, causing the chains to break and our pack to go free. The pack did a good job of controlling themselves for about ten minutes, giving anyone near them time to escape. Who could blame my pack? They did their complete best. We were not in complete control of ourselves, once the wolves came, the wolves took over.
We hardly ever fed on human nor vampire. Sure, a few bites then and there, but we kept our distance.
We were the best pack out their for vampires.
The wolf pups followed behind, sniffing everything they came across. They enjoyed feeding on squirrels during their first months, then their appetite slowly changed until they were feeding amongst the adults. We fed on deer, moose, zebra, and once in a while we even caught a giraffe.
Sure, it wasn't the tastiest, but we weren't going to feed on innocent humans just looking for a good time hiking and camping. Of course, we were judged by the other vicious packs out there. We even considered changing our lifestyle a few times. Although, we always realized how thoughtful and kind we are for doing what we did. This is how we proved ourselves to the humans that knew we lived amongst them. We were proud of it.
