Went my alarm clock on a beautiful Sunday morning.
I would imagine myself being pretty upset about the fact that I forgot to turn my alarm off last night and I had been awoken on a perfectly good day to sleep my problems away.

But something was different.. For the first time in a while I felt completely awake and happy. I didn't give a crap about this 'sleeping in' problem and I had wasted my last day to sleep in. The more I thought about it, the more I wanted to stay awake in this awesome mood.

I rushed over to the fridge and poured myself a glass of delicious white milk. I didn't need coffee today, sweet.

I got up, taking my glass of milk with me and gulping it down. I opened the door and was shocked with what I saw.

I stood there frozen, not a bad kind of frozen, but the kind where you stared in utter amazement.

A tear escaped my eye as I smiled and walked down to where Edison was on his knee, right as the sun was going up. He was wearing a fancy tux (although I don't know where he got the money) and in his hand, he held a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Now that I think of it, those were probably the most beautiful roses I had seen in my life.

He kept his eyes on me as I walked down the three steps and over to him. When I curtsied before him, he smiled that adorable smile (that made you want to grab his cheeks and kiss him) and he stood up, bowing right back to me.

"Y-you look amazing," he stuttered.
I blushed. "You know, you don't look to bad yourself."
He giggled and kissed me on my cheek.

I blushed once more, this time looking away in both amazement and embarrassment.

"So, um, I talked to Lily this morning," he smiled.
My head shot up, curiously.
"Really? What happened?"

"She said she has a boyfriend, and she's very happy," he giggled.

"Oh my gosh! When did they get together?" I smiled.

"This week, she said she hopes you're not mad. She just wasn't sure how to tell you."

"Totally not mad!" I squealed, jumping up and down in excitement.

"Great!" He laughed and picked me up, spinning me in air.

I shot my hands up and giggled.
"Yay!" I said, way too hyper.

He put my down and kissed me, then looked back embarrassingly. "I'm so sorry-"

"You're fine," I smiled and pulled him in closer, kissing him back.

He blushed.

"You're amazing, gorgeous and everything I don't deserve-but everything I've ever wanted."
