ANDREW
We just got home from school. But our parents wasn't there and the two of us left alone.
"Nasan ba sila Mommy?" Matina asked me.
"My mom texted, she said na gagabihin sila ng uwi." I answered.
"Gagabihin eh l, gabi na nga eh!" Matina exclaimed. I looked at the wall clock. It's already 8:00 pm in the evening.
"Hintayin mo na lang parating na 'yon," I answered without looking at her and went to my room.
MATINA
I was about to went to my room, but suddenly she heard a loud sounds. It was raining outside, at natatakot ako sa malalakas na kulog at kidlat.
"Andrew!" I knocked on his door.
I rushes towards him and hugged him. He was taken aback with my gestures but he hugged me back.
"Andrew... umuulan!" I was crying.
"And you're afraid?" he asked. "You can sleep here with me, you're safe here," I rolled her eyes as he said that.
"'Wag kang mag-alala, I'm harmless!" He assured me. "Mukhang ikaw pa nga 'yong aggressive eh," he said and look down on my hands wrapped around his shoulder. I took it off when I got back to her senses.
I felt my face was burning, and I knew she was blushing.
I sat at his bed and looked away from him.
ANDREW
She looks like a kitten, She's cuter when she's blushing. And I loves to see her that way that's why I teased her more.
"Hep! D'on ka sa sofa, ako d'yan!" I said when I saw her was about to lie on my bed.
"What? You said that I can sleep here with you."
"So, you really like to sleep with me?" I said and gave her a malicious look.
"Hey! It's not like that. That's not what I mean," she yelled at me.
"D'o ka na sa sofa magpa-gentleman ka naman even just for a while!" she added and lie on my bed.
"Nahihilo sa sofa?" I replied copying her voice. She just rolled her eyes and just continued lying on my bed.
"I had a better idea!" I said.
"Ano?" She asked, one eyebrow raised.
"Tabi na lang tayo!" I suggested.
"You're ridiculous! Akala ko ba harmless ka?" she shouted her face is getting red from her annoyance.
"Yes, that's why pwede tayong magtabi!" I winked before lying beside her but I turn my back on her and lie at the other side of the bed. I heard her heaved a sigh, I just shrugged and smiled.
