"Let's start with you Mrs. Roy" Montez said looking at Nalani.

"It was my fault Nalani was late so I take the blame" I interrupted before Nalani could get a word in.

I looked at Nalani thinking she'd be happy but there was a different expression I couldn't tell if she was mad, sad, or just fine.

Montez rolled her eyes and pointed to our seats. "It's not like this is the first time now get in your seats." She spat.

"Mrs. Montez.." Nalani said, I could hear how scared she was from the shaking in her voice. "What" Montez said with a stern look.

"It wasn't anyone fault. If it was anyone's you're to blame." Montez took her glasses off and said "Excuse me?" with attitude but I could still see in her eyes how shocked she was.

I think I even gasped a little.

"It's your teaching skills. nobody likes it. it's fast and nobody understands, and hello the way you dress? a little color please." Nalani blurted out.

For a second I didn't even think that was Nalani.

"Well Ms. Roy I didn't know you even had a voice." Nalani looked down she looked, actually happy.

"Take that voice to the principals office, both of you!" we both looked at each other puzzled. "Now!" we walked out heads down. I looked up at Nalani, we looked around and then laughed hysterically.

"Nalani..I didn't know you had it in you.." I said quite shocked. "Neither did I.." She answered.

We walked to the principals office but got there a while later. We kind of just strolled around thinking it's the first day and to the principals office we go.

We got in there and saw a girl sitting in one of the chairs, medium length dirty blonde hair. Nalani and I looked at each other and whispered,"Mac?!"

She turned around slowly then shockingly saying, "Dawn? Nalani! Wha-why are you guys here!" she whispered softly.

"Well kind of a long story, you first missy what are you doing here?" I asked amused.

"Uh, to get my lunch?" Mac stuttered.

"You never forget lunch Mac and plus I saw you bring it, now the real story?" Nalani said.

"You guys might wanna sit down, it could be a while, she said pointing to a line coming from the principals office."

"Woah."
