Kayden's POV

I reached into my pocket for the room card. What a shocker, it was in James' wallet. I was thinking of an excuse, but then an idea came to me.

"Guess like it's just our luck." I said with an innocent smile.

"Huh?" Dawn replied in confusion.

"No room card." I said shrugging my shoulders and pulling out my pockets.

"Oh..well I better get to sleep any-"

"Nice try." I said grabbing her wrist making her head turn back in confusion letting go of my wrist.

I smirked.

"We can have fun." I said with that smirk again.

"I'm tired, Let. Me. Go." She replied sternly.

"Nah." I said going towards the elevator still grasping her wrist.

"Where are you taking me!" She asked trying to loosen my grip.

This was fun.

"Calm it," I said chuckling "Just trying to let you loosen up a bit."

"I'm as loose as can be." She said brushing off my comment pretending to have no idea about what I was talking about.

"Tell me." She asked, almost pleaded.

"'The Secret Club.'" I replied smiling at her smugly.

The elevator door opened at the lobby and showed Mac and Matt.

"Hi Dawn! How are things going?" She asked furrowing up an eyebrow.

"He's forcing me-" as Dawn started to talk I cut her off.

"Forcing her to eat." I said with the most innocent smile.

Dawn looked at me with a 'WTF' face and I replied with the same innocent smile. We got out of the elevator as Mac and Matt went in and Dawn and I bid our goodbyes.

"Let me go." She demanded once again, releasing her hand from my grip, man why'd I let go? I pressed the down button on the elevator button.

"Afraid of having your first drink?" I asked with a wink making her look down.

"No! Wait why are we back in the elevator? I thought-" I cut her off by putting my index finger on her lips. She looked like a confused puppy with brows furrowed and head slightly titled.

"Will you please shut up for one night." I said chuckling. She just rolled her light brown eyes. I pressed in the code for the club and it opened up to flashing lights and loads of drunks.

"Don't we need ID?" She asked furrowing an eyebrow.

"I'm well known here." I replied as we entered the club, music bursting through our eardrums.

Dawns POV

"Uh no, I don't drink." I said pushing away the shot glass of vodka.

"Aw, come on. Just one." Kayden pleads.

I had never had a drink before and plus drunk people reeked of cheapness and alcohol so, no thank you to that.

"Goodie Goodie Dawn, Goodie Goodie Dawn" He kept chanting with amusement written all over his chiseled features.

Let's see. If I drink. . . he'll shut up, if I don't. . . well he obviously won't.

I grabbed the shot he was about to take and drank it. I have no idea why people drink alcohol so much! It tastes like vomit! I scrunched my nose and saw Kayden holding his stomach and laughing so hard he could barely breathe.

"I didn't think you'd actually do it!" He said in between laughs. His laugh showed off those pearly white teeth.

'Shut up Dawn.'

After a couple more shots and Kayden trying to stop me. It was a rush, and then lights everywhere.

Kayden's POV

"Dawn! That's enough!" I said chuckling and fighting for the shot glass. She grabbed me by my shirt and spun around.

"Lets" Hiccup. "dance!" She said in between hiccups.

"Let's not." I said watching her spinning like a five year old.

And as I thought, she was drunk. She tripped and was just sitting on the ground as I went to pick her up. She was mumbling something I couldn't translate. Her eyelids closed.

"No more drinks for you." I said chuckling.

"Yeah yeah.." her voice drifted off.

When we reached her room I knocked on the door. And there my luck strikes again and no answer. So I sat down putting Dawn beside me. She was really drunk because she snuggles up to me. We both drifted off till I don't know how long. Until I felt a tap on my chest and it was Dawn, still drunk because of her hiccups.

"Yes?" I asked.

"I have a question." She said smirking, even drunk she can pull off a smirk.

"Ask away." I answered.

"Will you be my" Hiccup. "boyfriend?" She said fluttering her eyes.

"Okay Dawn time to get you inside, no more drinks ever again for you." I said chuckling.

Then I heard the room door creak and saw Mac and Nalani rubbing there eyes, showing they had just woken up.

"Y-you guys slept here all night?" Nalani asked in shock and mid-yawn.

"I knocked and no one answered last night." I answered honestly.

"Oh sorry we didn't get home til three in the morning." Nalani answered.

I brought Dawn onto the bed and fixed her messy hair and started walking towards the door.

"I suggest you let her have her 'beauty sleep'" I said not telling them that their best friend is still quite drunk.

I bid my goodbyes and left.

I knew she wasn't serious about me being her boyfriend. Well I don't know, I'm pretty sure it was the hangover talking.

What would I have said if she was sober?
